What do you like best about the product?
the quality of the calls is excellent, as well as the integration with different platforms, such as SalesForce, this makes all your reports in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found something that I dislike, it has a very good level of customization for the different types of agents and the roles they carry out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have better control over the times of the agents, integration with SalesForce to log contacts in a single platform
Recommendations to others considering the product:
good tool for control and contact with clients or prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The calls are clear, I can hear customers without any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes there are lagged or dropped calls but not too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure, if I have a problem I simply log out and back in and it's fine after that.

Ujet has a very Easy User Interface.....
What do you dislike about the product?
The Auto-changing Aux codes or statuses..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There a few latency issues from time to time but that also might be a network issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easily one of the best in the market. simple and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Ujet allows you to communicate and connect with customers. It's quick, efficient and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you can't go back and pull up the call history

N/A
I realized that I am able to see agents statues, duration of call, and I am able to listen in on a call without anyone knowing your listening.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet has a communication platform which allows users to verify customer information along with viewing the information within a friendly user environment. The information is categorized in recognizable headings at specific parts of the platform which makes it more fun and worthy of an adventure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there are dislikes in regards to Ujet, as its structured in a way that leads customer service representatives within the right path.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit with Ujet is that it allows easy access to customer accounts along with keeping track of all open cases which allows you to focus as Ujet allows you to leave foot steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ujet gives you quick relief as it allows you to communicate via chat, email, phone etc. Therefore all you need is at your finger tips as a case is automatically created once there is incoming or outgoing communication while on the other hand you are able to navigate theses cases in a case where a communication falls and you need to close out that case.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is very user friendly and easy to navigate. There are many great features. This makes communication with the clients very easy, I like the convenience of Ujet to track log in timing and break timing
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the allotted time feature, almost makes you feel like you have to rush at times,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to solve my customer and shopper problems via ujet
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it especially for call centers with live chat, also Ujet has shortcuts that make replying on live chats more convenient and quicker to respond.

What do you like best about the product?
That is a Good tool to have the chats of the clints handled. and have good macros to apply and save time on the daily baisis
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes is not as responsive due that sometimes the macros of chats take some time to be loaded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The saving time , to apply on macros where I do not need to type complete messages, but a tailored messages are easy to made from macro templates

Is good software.needs some twweks in the matter of having macros tailored

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, each option has different colors and there is no need for an explanation because of how intuitive it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to use it anymore, since I'm not part of the UJET team anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since UJET is very stable then there would be almost no outages compared to the option the company is using right now
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it with a small team first and then increase the amount of people that use gradually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the features that U-jet offers. It is a fast and updated system that makes the process much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not any dislikes for me while using U-jet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am seeing a faster and more efficient way of communicating. It has benefited me in many ways. The process is easy to work with, and I have not run into many issues while using it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using U-jet. It is an amazing product and very beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the different status option, and how simple it is to dial out or transfer a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you have to remove all dashes from a phone number to call out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the timer it has for ech status you are in it is helping me with time management.
