Love UJET
What do you like best about the product?
I love how fast and efficient Ujet is and enjoy the colors of the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when the timer on the screen doesn't restart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I take callss all day and ujet helps manage the calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Save lots of money.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated message that comes up immediately when a customer comes on line that lets the customer know that someone will assist them shortly. The way how you can choose how much chats you want to work on as well as the logs that are there for you to pick from. So easy to use also. I like the overall usage of Ujet and it keeps getting better and better and hopefully it won't stop from there and I know that the company overall will continue to grow and expand into something more beautiful an work efficient. Is there any room for improvement? Yes but it keeps on getting better. Good job Instacart!
What do you dislike about the product?
When you log AWC but more chats keep coming in. I notice that it keeps freezing now and then but I also realize that It would or could sometimes be a bugs or system update which they are diligently working on and I thank you for that. Keep up the good job. I would suggest that for the ratings, some customer doesn't like to leave a comment or rating for example if they came on chat by accident but because they have to rate after they disconnect they tend to rate the agent a 1 which can be very disheartening and I would also suggest placing a suggestion box there also. That could really help. Is there any room for improvement? Yes but it keeps on getting better. Good job Instacart!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives you the benefits to utilize the chat. It also gives you the choice to choose how many chats you want to work on. Ujet overall is great to work with.
But I don't like when I am finishing up a chat in AWC, the chats tend to pop in while still wrapping up a chat which is quite distracting but continue to work hard and stay safe. Is there any room for improvement? Yes but it keeps on getting better. Good job Instacart!

I would recommend every to anyone to consider using Ujet, it is amazing,
UJET A collaborative system saves time.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a broad platform, easy to use, configure and install. Grants the ability to multitask while running calls or chats at the same time. The functions available for calls are really good. Obtaining customer information through this platform is much faster than usual. The customer service team is wonderful and very fast, they are very open to receive recommendations and apply them in their management. The tools and functions it provides are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
On many occasions it tends to go very slow, even in the most basic things, calls can sometimes fail or some interference can be heard. While the reporting functionality is of good quality, it requires improvements to become fully satisfactory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is a very helpful tool for us since it encourages management in all our processes and greatly streamlines them. Despite the different flaws it presents, it manages to be very competent, it is satisfactory to work with a platform that allows to have everything under control in a simple way. Customers thank us daily for our work through support and we have managed to obtain new customers thanks to it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In general terms, UJET is a very valuable and useful software in all its areas, but we consider that it should polish development and bugs a little more in these. Still we believe in their potential and we support them as they have all this time. They are very receptive and that is why we are sure that over time all the errors present will improve because it is nothing of greater relevance, they are sporadic. Recommended.
I prefer Ujet to stand alone options.
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that stand alone options can create more work and trouble, where as Ujet is bedded into ZenDesk, allowing everything to take place in one place quickly. I also like that the Customer information is automatically recognized through Ujet and pulled into my ZenDesk ticket with very little effort. These simple steps allow more dedication to the customers concern, while we are busy pulling any account details as they are expressing their concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say that I have any dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not currently solving any problems directly related to Ujet.

What do you like best about the product?
I live that we can change the numbers depending on the zones we calling, so we don't have issues with customers/merchant ignore the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it does not have a call log history and sometimes you need to go back to the call log to get a number if its not linked to Kustomer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I do not have to go an look for a profile, when the customer calls in the whole history populates.

Try it as is user friendly and simplistic.

To have the abilty to check all information needed in Real Time.

Intraday Reports some dificult to build them, just for me ...

To check in real time status on every single activity per agent.

Recently started using UJet and I must admit, it's pretty awesome and very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use. Easy to switch between available to unavailable to break, ect. I do love that you can see your stats for the day, too! It's definitely helpful for me to see how many calls I'm taking as it helps me always strive to take more and more calls. The countdown timers are also another great and useful feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could see more in depth stats. Like weekly stats and averages. I like being able to see how many calls I'm taking each day but it only shows you the day it is. I also work an overnight shift so after midnight the call counter resets, which I wish it didn't. It would be much more helpful if it changed (count restarted) for each shift you work. The biggest negative for me is my phone will not ring at all but I will go from available to missed call without notice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the way UJet links to our Kustomer system and automatically pulls up customers history. I think they work well together. UJet having the countdown for breaks is another super helpful and useful feature.

Go for it! It's great and easy to learn to use!
An amazing software
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy system and super nice. I can see the time that i have on my breaks, also manage my surveys. I really like that i can chat with a customer and call a shopper at the same time. And also there is updates to request photos!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like ujet to add an option to access to the customer profile by clicking the name

I can ask to the customer pictures as a proof of a wrong item or prices.
Best platform for BPO's industries, really helpful and easy to use.

the scores should have a separate amount of how many customers rated the call and not just the rate amount.
