U jet has been a great tool for communicating with my clients.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very user friendly and helpful

There is nothing I do not like about the tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use u jet for solving a variety of customer issues.

Yes I would reccommend Ujet to other persons/companies
It has been a very smooth journey from the day I have started to use UJET.
What do you like best about the product?

As of now nothing, as it has been functioning smooth and as I mentioned before is User friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its through Zendesk and benefit is that its been interlinked and connected to many other applications

For now its user friendly and tops the chart. Keep going and its helpful really.
UJET is a very smart and helpful tool. Very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and the smart features that are included with it. I also like how you are able to add multiple people to the call and the option to put the people you call on hold. It is very convenient that we are able to transfer the call within our company just to speak with another agent or manager and we still have the option to keep the call or transfer it over to our coworker. I also like the Smart features where you can tell when the shopper or the customer has opened the app. You can also send them messages and request pictures while in a chat. I believe that that was the most innovative feature that could have been added.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes a call wont connect and it wont give you an option to remove that caller from the list. I also dislike the uncertainty you feel when transferring a call to another retailer. You just have to make sure that both parties are off mute then you can hang up, but it would be better if there was another way to ensure that the call wasn't dropped. I dislike how sometimes my UJET will change aux codes without my knowledge. Sometimes it will say unresponsive even though my wifi is good and there are no issues with my internet. It will sometimes glitch and run a little slow from time to time. It will also sometimes say that I am in a call but the call ended 5-10 minutes prior. These are not major issues, but just like any other technological invention there will always be minor issues from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There aren't any problems per se with UJET, I just believe that there may be ways to help advance UJET and make it even easier to use. I also believe that there are some minor glitch issues with the aux codes that could be improved on. I suggest that you guys include some type of in house trouble
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you are looking for an easy way to call and chat with your customers or clients UJET is extremely useful. I also recommend ensuring that your internet connection is always strong or it will cause issues with the service.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about UJET is that it is a very friendly platform for customer service. It helps me a lot when there are scenarios when I have to move from a live chat to a call for any reason. Also it is compatible with other platforms that we can use as a complement for doing our job the best way we can. In general, I like working with UJET a lot as on my own experience it is a very useful tool for customer service and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have too much things to complain about UJET because I like working with it a lot, but maybe if I have something to say is that I would like that the status changing after a call must be longer as sometimes when we have just finished a call we continue getting new live chats or phone calls. In general, I am very happy using UJET, using this tool make more easy to complete and improve my work from eveyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have just realized using UJET is that it is very friendly and help me with multitasking scenarios. The communication at customer service or support for the same company are very important as sometimes we have to work in more than one for solving an issue.

I recommend UJET as this is a very useful and adaptable tool, ease to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it allows the administrators to change whether or not agents are automatically placed back in queue or how long of the wait should be before changing the status and the different colors associated with each status. I also like that it gives you options sometimes on what type of area code to use, very helpful for those that do not like to answer for non local numbers. I also really like the big keypad for those times when I can't copy and paste. I really enjoy the fact that statuses time limits can be given by the management team and the it the system automatically knows who should be fastest agent to get the call or chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I am not able to view my own call history. My company just do did a change to where we don't have access to the other program that we use that does show us everything we did, whether it be chats or calls, it's like it tied them together. I just had a situation where I wasn't sure which customer I called and didn't want to call the same one twice since they were not happy about the call to begin with. I also do not like not being able to hear the noise it makes when it's connecting sometimes, if I could change that somehow, to something that would stand out that would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of not being able to communicate with our drivers, customers, and restaurant partners. It also solves the issue of seeing who actually takes the time to follow up and ensure that everyone is meeting or exceeding standards. So I guess in sense it also solves productivity issues. Some of the benefits besides increasing productivity and having a reliable system, is sense it's so much easier to use employees no longer hesitate to use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not overthink it. It's really simple to use, you don't even have to dial, you can just copy and paste. Be sure to always pay attention to the selection of numbers they might give you choose from when making outbound calls.
Ujet is nice however, there are some latency issues at timees

It is very direct to the point. Especially when it comes to tagging

There are times that latency occur but this happens minimal.

I like the ability to see previous tickets and your good and bad tickets.

Wrap up time to available is short. Usually not enough time to put info in, and you receive another call.

Knowledge base is now attached to ujet, which I really like.

I like how the chat feature of just to be able to help our customers promptly. I also like that you are able to see when they are responding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that the phone feature is on a separate tab. I wish is was Inter grated to be able to call from the chat itself.

Fast response to customers to provide prompt customers service to resolve delivery issues in a timely manner!
