Ujet works good
What do you like best about the product?
the minute accuracy and the tagging of the right aux.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes ujet is having some latency and errors but it was fixed right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
most of the time it was showing that im available but its already unresponsive. but i realized that it was not just the ujet issue but also with the help of the internet connection

using ujet is very user friendly and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Most things on the ticket auto fill without me having to look for any information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that every call auto creates a ticket, sometimes it's the same customer and they already have a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Ujet to get the customer info as well as look at their history.
Excellent platform to get communicated. Easily establish a phone call with customers.

The design and appearance of Ujet, is friendly user. It is not hard to learn how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything related to Ujet that I do not like. If would have something I would leave it here.

-Technical problems with smart devices.
-Easy to communicate and handle everything related to a phone call which makes the process of solving problems shorter and efficiently accessible for an agent.

I would kindly recommend this to anyone since I do feel satisfied with the program and I know people will be as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about UJET is that is really flexible and helps you configure all the aux you will need.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the issue I dislike is that you only have access with google account you cant create a account with another email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am providing support on different products of Google Nest. such as nest cams nest thermostats hub mini.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest you to update the log in credential providing the possibility to access with another account outside than google.

I wish there were options on sounds that the phone ringing makes.

Customer relations issues. The ease of access is nice.
The training was very well explained and a lot of my questions were answered from the webinar.

Understanding how to utilize the chat feature while taking a call so that information can be transmitted via SMS was awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have any dislikes at all. I was grateful for the all of the information that was shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service issues are what I solve with UJET. The benefits to communicate, transfer and also chat with my customers and co-workers via UJET are amazing. It's basically a "one-stop shop" for me.
Ujet is the perfect companion to our workflow with Zendesk!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how everything I need to do to handle a customer's issues is integrated seamlessly with Ujet! From being able to merge calls with tickets to being able to call someone at the drop of a hat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been working with Ujet on Zendesk a few months now and there was only one day when the chats went down for any considerable amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do customer support for a food and grocery delivery app and it is wonderful how a customer can chat in with me, I can jump on a call to check on their issue for them, without missing a beat in the chat.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is reliable, far, and has all the bells and whistles you could ask for!

fast response, add third party calls, and can put on hold the actual call, the app is very efficient when it come to making phone calls and also chatting.

it's ok, sometimes it has issues connecting but it depends on the internet connection probably or vpn

It is so far the unique kind a tool I have ever had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe when there is no way to filter out those options. Like putting a star on those auxes that usually being used by the agent. By that way, it would not a hassle for us as users of the product itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing so far.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is user-friendly. It can be used by anyone. It does not require any training to utilize it at all. Those attributes of the tool make the user focus on other jobs that need to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not change the size of the chat window in Zendesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives you one less tool to think about. It is reliable. It makes me focus more on the customer rather than thinking of how to make the tool work. It gives more output in the job because it requires less time to navigate through it. The tool does not eat up much of the bandwidth so it allows more room for other tools to function well.
