What do you like best about the product?
You did a great job when you ran the UJET. It showed that you are capable of getting people to work together and communicate effectively. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have an option to remove the notification when it is linked to the tools and you need to remove it manually. it's so easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works in real time and doesn't often have problems so it's a big help for me to be able to adhere to my proper schedule

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigation is user friendly. I'm getting used to it and it really helps a lot in evreything I do. As a contact support, I can handle and help resolve customer's concern. I alwasy check and inspect all it's features evrytime I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. Everything is doing well and good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support agents working without customer history struggle with slow and inefficient resolutions.

UJET’s fix: Real-time CRM integration—agents instantly see customer history, metadata (e.g., device context), and conversation data. This reduces friction, enables personalization, and equips agents with smarter tools like Smart Reply, Smart Compose, and Smart Actions

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use - It is very convenient to switch status once unnecessary banners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances where banner blocks the status and I have to launch the standalone app to resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is already integrated on our ticketing system eliminating the need to launch a separate system.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that with UJET, you don't have to worry about getting disconnected while away or on break. Also UJET supports multi communication channels, specially for my team, that is very important as I have teammates who's supporting chat, email, and voice channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that I would like for UJET to improve is the response time when changing status. Sometimes it is slow but sometimes it is fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track how many minutes we are already with our contacts (E-mail, Chat, Calls).

What do you like best about the product?
What i really like with ujety is how it gathred all communication channel in one place it make super easy for us to contact the customer using calls chat and messages.

sometime ujet is to complex for a certain features sometimes it need more effort to rune it smoothly

UJET solves the challenge of missed communication tools in our call center by providing a platform for calls, chats, and messages. this help our operations, allowing agents to handle inquiries more efficiently and improving overall customer experience.
