UJET is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the platform is organized, also that the aux. Are organized by letters,
that make easier to find and option when you're available or not to take a call. I like that you can dial to the costumer in an easier way like a normal cellphone. Also, I never had problems with the system, it is easier to contact the customer with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes I can listen into the costumers background noise, that you don't have an emergency way to sign in to the platform in case the system failed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has impact on a very smart and innovate way on my work, I've been solving technical issue for Google Nest Thermostats, so we can get many chat on each day an is free of charge, I can sign in to the system on an easier way.

Yes, I recommend other company to use this system it has a great quality!.

I liked that it was very easy to navigate.

I would have to push F11 to close out the chart. It also times out very quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working Chat line with Instacart. Being able to provide customer service via chat.

You may have to use F11 to get a full screen when chatting.

What do you like best about the product?
The Graphic user interface is really friendly. Not complicated at all. No upsides so far except that it gets stuck, and we can't refresh. Low consumption of internet means we do not have to have a heavy internet access.
What do you dislike about the product?
UJET gets stuck, and we can’t receive the call or see who is calling, there is no way to refresh just the pop up without refreshing the whole page. Pulling out reports are a hassle it would be best if we could also just create teams not as administrators but as management. Outbound calls do not get recorded that would be a great implementation and the dropdown many can be improved that way we can avoid double-clicking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AS it is a practical tool. It made the usage of learning it painless for the agents, and they were able to catch up quick. Making hold times visible is really helpful that way we can help customers faster.

Easy to use GUI and the implementation is fast and can be up and running withing a week.
UJET is a very useful tool for our job, I like the interface, has a good speed, and is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Its minimalist design with the necessary tools. It has a hight speed, and help us to do our job the right way. I like that it sends a message before we see the chat, so the shopper can express the situation before we send the first message. I like the text shortcuts and the addition al tools and that I can see the stats of the day. A recomendation I have about this is that it would be good that we can see the stats of all the week, I mean the stats of everyday of the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can bug, in very few occasions it does't open messages. In this case we have to put the technical issue option but this is very rare. The recomendation I have is that it would be better if this error didn't show up so it would be good to pay attention to it and try to solve it. I don't like that the're is not an option for sending images from agent to shopper, some times, I need to send an image from the application system or screenshots from the app but it doesn't have that option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive chats in UJET and we solve staff problems, this means that with UJET shoppers can be in contact with agents and tell us what problem they are experiencing, this allow us to search for the solution and tell them what they have to do, or if we can solve the problem for our selves solve it, and then letting the shopper know that we are taking care of it.

Is a good system to use, is easy to use, I like it, is a very useful tool.

what I like about Ujet is that is very clear and easy to use you don't have to do multiple thing to get to point a to point b

It's been a really usefull tool, very easy to use and user friendly.

The shortcut and smart actions allow for a really smooth workflow allowing us to save some time to work on our other tools.
It also allows us to keep our chats in an organized manner so we can take care of multiple chat at the same time.

What do you dislike about the product?
the notifications some times block important sections of work while using google chrome. Making me lose a couple of seconds that eventually add up on the long term. Also sometimes the notification sound glitches and it won't stop ringing some time up to an hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working as customer service, we are using it to solve issues over chat. Shortcuts allow a very smooth workflow improving my Average Handling Time and it helps provide an excellent service and quick issue resolution.

Transfer option, feel like i am hanging up on customers instead of warm transfer.

So far, is my first web-based soft phone i use and works way better than i expected.

Everything is excellent. But it would be great to be able to download the statistics.

None, just be able to visualize.

Web based and easy to set up. Fast reports. Loved the dashboard.

No hierarchy filtering on Real-time monitor and limited report bucket that caused an error each time there where too many results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used the dashboard to properly monitor site stats and rapidly report to upper manager.
