What do you like best about the product?
The friendly user interface because its so simple to use.

Sometimes status on UJET changes on its own.

Im able to keep availabilty to assit consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like most is the easy os Ujet, you dont requiere a big trainning for use it, It totally intuitive, practical, these is the frist time i ever used and have no issues giving suport to the costumer. Support agents could be able to aggregate Shopper information before connecting to the call through its CRM integration. This would help reduce resolution times because important Shopper information would be available before connecting calls, leveraging this data to create reports would uncover previously unseen trends. And with customized real-time reports from the UJET platform, managers would be able to react to support request variables with better solutions.With many support requests, customer issues, and agent interactions, Instacart had to create workforce management (WFM) strategies for efficient operations. It couldn’t find success by operating on a case-by-case basis, but by using data to help its customer support strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
i would like to create more macros to personalize my own answers for costumer service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i give costumer suport to instacart shopper like an agent. The benefits are several frist at all that you have some key information from the start like the costumers name wich lead you to be able to have a conversation 1-1, second you have a lot of macros for regular issues that save you tons of time while suporting, also it is a stable platform you can trust that wont lost connection.

What do you like best about the product?
Features and the options for working are amazing for using Industry. Its having great features which we can use on daily basis. While using UJet is a great experience and its really a great software to use. I loved all the provided options and its like a great software to use as and quote easy while working on it. There are the options of login hours record capturing feature and its really very accurate and efficient. Have a great time using this software.

Nothing is bad in it basically, there is nothing negative to tell about this software.

We are using Ujet for solving Customers queries over the chat and call. While using UJet is a great experience and its really a great software to use. Different Aux codes there for categorize my spent time of whole day.

Need high speed internet for make continuous connection with UJET.

UJET works as a tracker for me and track my 9 hours of working. Where i have spent my 9 hours it is categorize by UJET and there is option for call, chat and email.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it works it is easy and intuitive. I have used other systems and usually don't provide that much on help as it actually does. Is it really easy to work with. You can easily go from one to another page, it also gives you the option to have the preview of a lot of the information we have to provide the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't find a lot of things that dislikes me so far. Despite the fact that sometimes the notifications keep ringing for longer than I need. I also don't like the colors it can me more customization to give you the chance to make it your way, with themes, or colors, something that makes you feel comfortable to be in your space of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it more friendly. I will suggest making that sound of the system and also the customizing more up to the user. Sometimes it is just not what the platform can provide but is also is with what the user can do to make it feel its own space work. It can be grate to integrate more option like text review or something if you have a grammatical mistake than can be affected and you can simple go ahead and correct any kind of error you might have.
Excellent Collaboration System
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration of having Chat And Voice calls all integrated into one platform. Then, this amazing platform is integrated into the ticketing system where we open/close tickets for customers accounts. Also, the system functions as timekeeping for tracking users time so there is no need for a 3rd part time tracking solution. Ujet is honestly the one size fits all solution!
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet seems to be very picky about the browser settings and the headset settings that is needed to work correctly. Once you get it correctly setup, it is good to go though. You must make sure to allow headset and allow microphone usage inside the browser. You must also verify that you are using a USB headset and not one that is of 3.5mm prong because they tend to give issues to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is much better than the old Avaya software. Love that it implements chat into the spectrum now. Can listen to any call or look in on any chat in real time. This solves the problem of having all agents being required to have a landline to work from home. They are able to now use just their computer and headset to accomplish what they need to do without needing to have a home telephone put into the mix of it all.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet has been very efficient when dealing with my work. I use it for chat and phone work during my workday. It's perfect for dealing with the customers and being able to multitask.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have issues when Ujet goes down, which is not very often. I've been working with Ujet for Months and it has only went down once. The downtime was short-lived. Tech jumped on it and it was back up and working in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use UJET for chat support mainly. I assist customers with any order issues that they have. I love how Ujet records every interaction and that recording is used for documentation purposes.

The best part of Ujet is the control for different situations presented. That way you have a great control of different schedules on a work environment.

I haven't find anything bad about this tool. Everything about this tool has been very useful on my work environment.
