Very useful tool

the alerts of new incoming messages makes it a reliable tool

Sometimes the updates from Zendeks are delayed not on sync with Ujet

What do you like best about the product?
Since I'm a new hire in the Everise company. This is my first time that I used Ujet. I'm using chat in order to communicate with the customers. It's very friendly to used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have dislike in using ujet because all the information are stated on the ujet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just like what I've said this is a friendly application.

I'm very lucky to used this application as a platform to communicate with the customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm an IT for years now and been handled many systems and I can say that is the best system I have used. Specially on my work now it's very convenient, It's fast and easy to navigate.easy to use. I can check emails, send photos and other files like screenshot or diagrams. It can also read the jpeg formats and can send in an easy way. I have also noticed that it can read PDF files. You can navigate tabs with ease and can search inside the sub tab. knowledge base is very helpful to check information, diagrams. Logins is very is, just a few clicks then you're done. It can also remember your username and password so it's very convenient it saves me time to type for my credentials. Checking current cases and open cases have been very helpful for my everyday use. Switching the availability for my shift is very easy, I can switch to meal for one click, I can switch to break for just one click and also the search bar is very helpful and every searched opens a new tab so I'm not worried that my current tab will be removed, I also noticed that tabs can be remove and move with ease. attaching files is very easy as well, You gave the users all the options they needed and I personally liked it that's why I don't have any second thoughts recommending Ujet.

The wiring guide and email section is very convenient

I like the feature where it shows the timer of a specific punch so you will be aware

SOmetimes, it´s very slow but it´s all good

I´m using Ujet for my chat support work, and it´s very convenient to use especially how to connect to our customer

It´s highly recommended especially from people who works from the call center industry.

It is easy to use, almost never fails, it guides you through the steps you need to take to solve any issues you may have

Sometimes when you try to transfer a call it just drops

I am solving problems of customer service, I take the calls, put customers on hold while I work on their issues, get back to them and provide them with a resolution

The ease of access. The notifications allow you to get ready for the next chat/call.

Sometimes, when it has issues. It will log you out without any notification.

Being able to complete hours with my job.
Amazing, can have some minimal Improvement but it sdtills perfect

It´s simple to use and has the tools required for the proyect on agents ,good for emails and calls. Features great for the funtions required.

On E-mail task when you swich to mail doesn´t show the track time.

Benefits on calls, transfer to diferent departament ok for usage

Its simple to use and adapt to other software and meets the requierents, no long trainings to use this.
