I am satisfied on how UJET help us with our task, excellent phone system for making calls and chats.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and it was user friendly. I always use UJET and the perfomance is very well. Very useful on receiving call and chats. And customer support always response promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, the tool is so useful and make our job easy. Ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET help us to resolve issue with our customers by sending and receiving response in timely manner. UJET was able to provide us to make our interaction easy.
How good UJET is
What do you like best about the product?
I like it the most as this is a way for us to communicate with our customers for daily basis, in that way we can help support to our customer. It also easy to use as the customer make implementation and as we use it all the time to interact and it has a great features such us hold button, easy to deal with and access and in that way make a intergation and customer support

Sometimes it gives a error or that won't allow us to communicate it our customers

We can communicate using this app and it helps us to solve customers concern easily
UJET: A Friendly User and Best tool for BPO
What do you like best about the product?
What I like and best about Ujet is that it has multiple purposes such as Monitoring all the calls and chats as well as the status of each customer service that is online and using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far with my experience using Ujet, it is always positive as there is almost no room for error with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All kind of problems that our client is facing during their time of using our Products / Services, Ujet helps me as it is the tool that we are using to communicate with our clients and benefits the company as it is a great tool.

there is no advance notification on the new update if there is any

Ujet is providing details of the caller with easy access for the detailed information which helps me solve thier concern

As a customer support it is easy to use to contact your customers and well organized. Also UJET is convenient to use. I always use this everytime at work to know the auxes.

I dont see any dislike about UJET since it helps me alot at my work.

It helps to contact the customers and when transferrings to other department it easy to use to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about UJET is that it can efficiently help me at work. It can help me to manage my work. And it I do love it features. UJET is also easy to navigate or use and it helps every customer support representative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually don't have any dislike about UJET because it helps me a lot on my work. And if I am going to rate UJET, I will rate it as 5-star.

UJET helps me on having a communication with the customers. It benefits me as it can help me as an employee, and it is really helpful when it comes to my work on a daily basis.

What I like about UJET are it's feature itself:
-The feature consolidating all reports.
-Easy filter searches making our reports more reliable and congruent.
-User initiated and friendly, helping us to consolidate reports to all available time needed.

- Integration of reports from all GEO needed

Least helpful will be its interface and tab that sometimes needed to show all

How UJET change my life
What do you like best about the product?
I like UJET because it was very easy to use. I really helps me on workload we connect right away to the person you want to reach out. I always Use it for my daily job on assisting customers that is having issue or concern.

None since it was so easy to use I like everything in Ujet

It benefit me a lot since this my tool that helps me to reach out and I dentify the caller in the other line.

I like Ujet because the assistance with the customer is real time and you can see your stats at the same time! It makes my work very easy and seemless. It is really a bestfriend for customer service representatives
