What do you like best about the product?
It's very adaptative and flexible, it has several tools to contact the customer and retrieve information quickly and precisely. And the quality of the calls is terrific! It also has pretty much easy access and quick responses, it's versatility allows us to help our customers quickly and efficiently. I also like a lot how easy and intuitive it is when it comes to usage. Even if you don't know exactly how to do something you're always able to figure it out because the tools listed in the platform are definitely clear and concise, it's pretty hard to get lost in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that basically we can't decide when to take a call or not. It'd be great if we had a chance as well of customizing how the software looks. It can result in more comfortable for some of us to switch some color palettes because it has a relaxing effect in our eyes, or that's how I personally see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been contacting with customers since the beginning of our jobs. We can work with Ujet in our own customer support platform and simultaneously reviewing for information. It is very flexible and lets us go ahead with our cases appropriately. I also wanted to say that we've been getting every single kind of contact we can imagine here on the platform. And I wouldn't make any different choices when it comes to a live contacting platform for customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be very intuitive and open to what the software has to offer. It is really intuitive and I'm pretty sure it can be learned quickly.

All auxes are good and understandable, I highly recommend to all professionals.

As per my experience I got nothing to dislike here.

within a second you can change your aux and nice platform also consume your less data

Youi don't have to guess where everything is. It's simple.

The alert sound could be a better tune, but other than that, it's okay.

What do you like best about the product?
The look and interface looks very modern unlike previous software that I've tried out. It's also very efficient and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is nice, I just wish there was a clock to indicate how long we've been staying on a particular status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A variety of concerns for our dear clients.

Fast option to work

What do you like best about the product?
It's clean and easy to use in the daily basis. The color scale is soothing for the eyes, the type of letter used for the chats is legible and easy to read. There's not information that clutters which makes that doesn't feel heavy to the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet shortcuts could be inside the chat, also it can be nice to add in how much time is spent in every chat. In the section of stats it would be nice to change the colors to know well the difference in-between your individual performance and the team work. I would recommend to add a settings to, so people can have their options to change the size of the letter (if they use glasses). Also it can be nice to have a correction system in cause of any misspelling on the words. It could be awesome if also there's a read on the messages, sometimes we're uncertain to know if the other person within the chat was able to read the message or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The UJET chat is a bit small compared to the all screen so we can sometimes use the bigger chat to see everything well. We solve peoples problems and with the chats is easier to understand what they need, also it works well if you are someone that forgets the information that someone gives to you, it's comforting to look back to the chat and know that the information will stay.

I like that it's got shortcuts so it makes it a lot faster

that sometimes it gets stuck when a new ticket pops up and that there's not an aux code for going to the restroom
