What do you like best about the product?
It helps me track my team performance and as well as share live status of each associate. And also alowws mw to review time and again . It is a round the clock monitoring tool which allows live updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Going forward I wish to see a lot more feature to it and make it a complete dashboard

That you have different tools that makes it easy to use

That sometimes gets a little slow and can affect on the work that you are doing

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to navigate system tool wish it also was linked to time system is only suggestion love that tool pulls up account instantly

Doesn’t keep time for my companies payroll department but that could change in future.

What do you like best about the product?
The softphone services are smooth and easy to use. I have used other types of sofphones but none have come close to how easy it is to use Ujet. In additon to having a soft phone it also offers the option to use the chat assitance, which is a great plus and not many platforms offer this feature. It really helps with the daily basics, I love that it lets users and customers share photos, videos and screenshots in real-time, which is amazing and so helpful when having to offer immediate solutions at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes It does give a bad signal and I am not particularly able to use this at work without a VPN, It sometimes changes my shift from available to unavailable while being at work so definitely have to be on the watch for that. Definitely recommend to use an ethernet connection so there will be no problem with wifi interferance and call dropping while using this software,due to bad connection. It does tend to go down like mentioned before if the VPN or wifi get disconnected but it is something that might happen wiht any kind of software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving customer service inquiries. I am able to chat , call or do e-mails which is a great plus, it allows me do do multiple or dedicate myself to one. It is also nice to have all the information in one place and well organized at a click of a button. Extremely user friendly, I would say.

Best will be the interface, very colourful and not dull.

The way to logout is too time consuming.

I realized that using Ujet is much easier tahn using other soft phone clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a smooth experience. Extremely user friendly and free flowing. Anyone can easily get used to it from day 1 like I did.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good, nothing yet that i dislike.

Using ujet for customer service chat. It's very easy to use, brings all the info together for quick access.

Nothing about the system is perfect, also how it has all the short cuts to there calla and chat a lot faster and without breaking there head on what to put on there chats. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and simple. No training needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat timeouts without warning. Some spelling errors in the shortcuts.

Easy to transfer and the shortcuts are really helpful.
