Best Option For Customer service remote desktop

What do you like best about the product?
the home page and google extension for passwords Okta, the variety in the apps than can hold, the service tech team always handy and optimization available compatible with chrome make it easy to use for new generation starting on the customer service, i really liked the knowledge base and the way the chats and new messages arrive or when there are new updates
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have full visibility on the queue this only affects my organization, for example at the moment of following the queue on emails support, I needed to go back to settings and then select views to confirm the amount of email on queue,m but I was unable to know who was working on it even using a VPN, algo the way the recording is saved after a call is completed, does not gives a very good user interface, since the time is now displayed correctly, will need to be updated to make it more friendly used,

I also noticed that when a ticket is updated the header never changes, it would be really useful to have the name of the person working on it and also the status for the email follow up, also if possible to aff an option apart for the follow up in case they are multip[le emails sent by the same person so they can be merged on a single resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the availability to handle multiple and different platforms with a base format. providing support on chat, calls, and emails for multiple customer service platforms. and customer-oriented resolution, base on service orders.

the adaptable platforms that can be used make this very easy to use for new adapting technologies

What do you like best about the product?
I am an agent working from home and this is a good tool to do my job, because I take calls every day with Ujet and I really like to do my job using Ujet, also good tool because if I need to send an email I can send emails with Ujet, also chats, chats have good quality and for calls is a very good tool. At this time I have no complaints about Ujet and my company is satisfied with service provided with Ujet.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I have no complaints about Ujet, I think everyhing is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everything is fine with Ujet, I use it every day in my work and is amazing for my work. Also this is a good tool to take calls in my call center experience this Ujet is the best tools for call centers, because on the same tool we have calls and chats in order to help our customer. Also I worked with other tools like Ujet but I have to say Ujet is the best with a friendly environment and also good performance also in low performance computer.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed it has to get the job done. Its the best. It helps out to get my job done on a daily basis. I love the different kinds of options it has to do different types of jobs and to get the things done. It works for the whole day and you can leave it open to check how much time you have in each station, for example, I get half an hour lunch and with the clock that it has included I can check that I don't pass that time of a meal, also for my 10 minutes breaks. Also if I get disconnected from my other programs ujet keeps on running so I make sure I'm getting the right hours and that I'm not overworking or working less than I have to It is the best program for work it is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It starts quickly but sometimes very rarely it crashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps out with the calls and chats that I get in my job. It helps me out when I need to get a call or make one out also in my job for my chats and to get a way of organizing my times for example that it has an email option also a chat option and a meal also a break option it is really useful for the daily job that we have in our company I have not seen another program that works best for work like ujet does.

It is an easy tool to use just learn your tool.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very straight forward and easy to understand. UJET Also automatically makes Zendesk Tickets!
What do you dislike about the product?
UJET doesn't work well when it's open inside of Zendesk

I am able to see live AHT and CSAT. It helps me stay on track through out my shift.

Great means of communication - Power tool

What do you like best about the product?
UJET was newly introduced by our company and this is a tool we used to get our work done, its awesome. switching between chats or calls. Very useful. I highly recommend esp remote work, online businesses etc.

It allows you to add your personal shortcuts and navigate quickly to find the answers to end users request. It helps to show you your performance/stats, it has the option to request screen shots or photo from the end users end.

It behaves like a mobile phone, you can add a call, transfer, send photo, soooo much to it. I want to tell that creator of UJET, Kudos to your insights and ability. What's your IQ? something is going on with your brain, superb.

End user can select between calls and chats, also end user can schedule a call back WOW, very great system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It have little or no mishaps idk but the little issues never stop you from working. Some times "I assumed" because many users on it, you find that sometimes it switch between chats and calls. I also believe this is a reason not related to UJET it self but from the administrator ends who skilling users to chat or calls.

UJET troubleshooting is very great but you would have to navigate to another means to perform that. I believe in the future they will allow you to do that .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET makes my work possible, it help me carry out my duty, effectively communicate with my people, its awesome.
Communication is first hand 100%, it helps carrying out the goal for the day and keeps reminding of my performance in one single click "Stats" Perfect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it, its like a mobile phone Lol, very useful it's just amazing how these tech supports creates this system, I wonder HOW?! Check out my Likes and dislikes, Powerful to know about UJET.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Ujet because it’s so Easy and Simple to keep track of breaks, lunches and also chat stats and duration! Very Convenient!

There are no downsides in my opinion!
