What do you like best about the product?
The best attribute about the product is its brilliant reliability, uninterrupted and smooth flow of communication whether it is call or chat and its ease of use. Some of the most useful features are its timer feature which maintains a record of the chat or call duration and its notification feature which provides regular updates and insights about the chat as well as sends sound alerts when a chat is received.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling multiple chats can get trickier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been dealing with customer service chats and have been able to solve consumer issues with ujet with its smooth communication ability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a wonderful and easy product to use and I recommend it to beginners as well. It fosters fast and effective communication.

What do you like best about the product?
clean and is super friendly with the user, is fast and reliable. i worked with similiar apps but since i start using Ujet never had to go back. it have many futures super usefull for the job, you can leave notes so other users can see them, it records your call, you can you use this function to improve yourself, also it give the opportunity to supervisors to always look the progress by reviewing all the info Ujet have to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only bad thing i could find is that you cant use to many resources of your desktop because it tend to slower the overall performance. there are a couple of areas i have not try yet, like the auto dial, but i think it could be some what problematic, can cause some errors if is not properly set, and like i said probebly Ujet demand a lot of your data, so try not use to many apps or have to many windows open using data or you will have some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet aloud me to work from home and be in touch with my customers. this make everything easier and i can provide my service in a reliable way. Ujer let me keep on working, and let me help my customer no matter where i am, customer service depends on many factor being the quiality of the calls the main one, so this is a fantastic way to be in touch with them.

Very reliable app to work with, user friendly, you will love it once you start using it, give it a try.

What do you like best about the product?
This app Is very reliable and friendly software, it helps our business to function well and deliver the process competently. As an agent, I can freely look and navigate it with ease. No complicated measures whatsoever. When you delve deeper into the platform, you’ll see some innovative features that no other chat solutions have, such as customer routing. The platform can automatically direct users with simple questions to less experienced agents, to free up experienced agents for more complex issues. This helps you make the most of your team and more effectively help your visitors. The platform includes an easy-to-follow wizard to get your live chat service set up right away. The platform is also simple to set up and easy to customize. A simple user interface editor makes it easy to create your own look and feel without programming.

Plus, real-time metrics and live visitor monitoring show you who’s interacting with your site and present you with opportunities to proactively initiate chats if needed. Other features like routing, queuing, surveys, and the ability to email transcripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has these downtime moments that require me to refresh the system.

The problem is that how would this assist us with customer interaction. UJET helps us with this software to maximize the industry's service. This very beneficial especially to a line of business that supports chat/email and call interaction.

Very effective way to communicate with clients & workers

What do you like best about the product?
UJET Is the best tool i have used for customer - agent communication, it makes it really easy for us (agents) to get in touch with them and solve customers problems, as we can request for photos while on a call, we can request for a video, we can also work with the live chat, which includes an easy tool to work with shortcuts, and we can track our Customer Satisfaction rating, the number of call/chats we had, and also an average time we have spend with them ! UJET is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There only one thing i don't like from using UJET rather than another phone/text service, calls are slightly delayed, this is not a great issue but sometimes makes communication with customers kind of uncomfortable, as they tend to think that you are interrupting them, apart from this the live chat service is awesome and really comftable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer issues regarding the service they had with us, and also with the deliveries, we can also help our shopper via UJET, and also make transfers to other departments, even companies, i have worked with many commutators, phone and text services, etc. but UJET has been of all of them my favorite, it is the most effective tool for communication as it also displays additional information to help you out solving you customer issue.

UJET is a great way to improve your company communication with your clients & workers, it is really intuitive, has a great user interface and come with many tools that will help you when you are assisting a customer.

Ujet has different status available and you can change fast according to your needs

That Ujet doesn't tels when it automatically logs out, it should display a message to tell the user

I use Ujet while I'm in the main program, it benefits to control the status I'm on while using the other program

it's pretty nice to use pretty friendly. I get to us on it pretty much when i try to contact a customer when the servers go down we can make outbound calls and stuff like that, pretty good to my perspective keep doing a great job, also when i have issues by the server your response it's pretty fast and good i hope you guys are doing better and better, but right now you are doing great i hope everyone it's doing ok.

nothing I don't have any concern about the service that you are providing to us. Somethimes we expect more cause the server issues, i know a server can be good all the time but this is the only concern that i have because actually it's pretty nice to use pretty friendly. i get to us on it pretty much when i try to contact a customer when the servers goes down we can make out bound calls and stuff like that, pretty good to my perspective keep doing a great job, also when i have issues by the server your responce it's pretty fast and good i hope you guys are doing better and better, but right now you are doing great

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that I can see my stats real time. Call handle time, CSAT and how many chats I had.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Ujet I really can't find any downside.

I get chats form customers and before I thought it would be hard to use Ujet. But I realize it is a user friendly tool.
