Very complete and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's friendly-user Interface easy to use! Also all the features are really easy to review and use. The Aux Codes are really clear so there is absolutely no confusion while using UJET and its simply one of the best service I have used in any company i've worked with!
KUDOS for all the developers for this very amazing system for softphone and also live chat! It really makes a great difference withing every interaction and makes it really easy to personallize every interaction with our customers, as well as being super duper user friendly!
If I had the chance to stay forever with such amazing system for Softphones and Live Chats Interactions I will definitely say that it's definitely with UJET!
I will be recommending UJET to all my friends that own their own their call center so that they can try it out as well and be part of the amazing job UJET has made with their system!

What do you dislike about the product?
Really, I don't think there is anyhting! Just the fact of using a VPN to connect to an IP address for security sometimes it makes it slow but overall I really don't think that there is absolutely anything wrong the service itself. Very nice and very easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service problems ant Technincal problems! The benefits of the system is that is really easy to navigate through it while multi-tasking!

The system is really easy to use, just a few hours of using it and you'll get the hang of it!
Easy to sign in and switch between statuses.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see the name of a caller as they call in and being notified audibly is extremely helpful in being prepared to answer the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how the system will occasionally switch you automatically between modes that you did not desire to be in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving customer issues with Instacart. I have realized the ease of adding calls and transfers through UJET.

It is a great service that is easy to use and implement with your systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that one single tool is capable of handling the vast majority of the metrics that I need to know to improve in our business. Provide me with reports that I can download, share, personalize and deliver a more complete coaching
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it display some of the items cannot be personalize at least with the access level provided however it could be done once the report is downloaded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can find and control the current agent status which is a huge help to improve agent productivity, provide a more accurate feedback base on results.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a really great tool as it is easy to use. You can get information from the customer during the call or chat, which is helpful to save time. Besides, it is useful for business operations and so is for back office, especially during this COVID- time when many people are working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to get stuck sometimes but it could be understandable in a web-based tool.

Saving time and making it easier to look for customer's information.

Great experience while working on UJET, everything goes flawless.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature about UJET is that you can keep track of your stats, that way you are aware if you need to improve on something, that way I keep track of my metrics and I can be conscious about the bonus I will be receiving in the pay check for each week. Besides pne of the upsides is that you have the application in the browser so that way you do not need to have a separate window for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes it goes down for maintenance, however that is normal on these type of applications, there is nothing to worry about. SInce for the time I have been using UJET personally it has just happebed one or maybe two times. Also one of the downsides is that you stick to only one platform to communicate, meaning that if it goes down, our job gets paralized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer related issues, customer service basically, which goes from resolving problems with payments, delivery issues, assisting the customer updating informattion on the app, guiding them through certain processes on their app, such as troubleshooting for connectivity issues. moving them a step ahead on an order, and many other scenarios that me as an agent take care of. The benefits are that it's a good chatting platform to get a connection with the customer, besides it has its own shortcut system that makes your job way more easy.

That it is a really user friendly platform to work on, do not stress too much about it.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity but efectiveness of the product. It's very easy to get used to it and it facilitates a lot of the aspects of the job like providing shortcuts for full paragraphs in regards to a certain scenario. I also like the way I'm able to ask for screenshots, photos, etc. for each particular customer on the other side of the line, it helps a lot when it comes to solving issues and trobleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the product support might need a little more help, until now I haven't reached a point where I'm not able to get what I need from the ujet chat service but I'm not really sure where to look for help in any case I need to. Overall I really like the chat system and the way it has been created for quick solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to communicate effectively during my work. This means that I'm able to ask precisely what I need. In the even I need to transfer the chat it also helps a lot because it's very simple and it guides you through each and every one of the steps until it's done. When it comes to technical assistance I'm able to request screenshots, photos and plenty of other options which will help me in solving the issue. It really helps a lot.

Keep in mind it's a simple and self-guided service, you should be able to locate what you need if you explore it first.

UJET is a remarkable telephony platform and is highly commendable in all aspects.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple easy to navigate. Everything is intuitive and self explanatory. There are minimal downtime and outages experienced and the response time is very fast. The queue monitoring displays data accurately with low delay and latency. UJET has a great potential as a telephony platform. Being able to capture contacts from different sources such as web, phone, and app is a huge advantage in this modern day age wherein we have those different tools that the business is offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal view on activities on real time. There are opportunities in terms of the real time view wherein we can filter activities in a single view and create alarms on different threshold
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a complete system that allowed both chat and email all at one without the trouble of switching to different platforms. The native reporting is highly accurate basis on time and motion study and real time validation. Quick real time monitoring and reporting feed to looker. The data is fed easily to a cloud reporting platform and all the data points are strong.

UJET is highly reliable and easy to use professional cloud based CRM software there is. The interface is simple easy to navigate. Everything is intuitive and self explanatory.
