I have worked from home using different types of software this software is the most user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use with little problems any problems were easily fixed in no time. I have had nightmares with other software where it would be days before it was resolved. With this product the most it has taken is maybe an hour to fix an issue. I really like how it is integrated with other software which lessons how many different tabs we have to have open while working.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike about it at this point anything problems i had they were easy to fix. Only thing i really dont like is the loud tone that we hear when we receive a chat and it is constant the whole time we are chatting with a customer. every time we log in we have to authorize in order to start working. I would think if you authorize it once it should save that somehow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i have had no problems with it the problems i did have were so minor compared to other software i was able to easily figure it out on my own. The benefits outweigh any problem i have had with the program. Other programs may take days to figure out an issue but with this program whatever issues that have come up takes no time to get fixed and get back to work
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can not go wrong with using this product. If you want something that is user friendly and not hard to figure out this would be the way to go. If you want a product that people who are not technical savvy can easily figure out this would be a great fit.

What do you like best about the product?
The facility for work anywhere without issues, it's a tool that makes my work easier and i don't need another tool
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING! Everything in UJET it's easy to me, honestly i don't have any bad point at this time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a support agent, i can see quickly the problems of the client, leave comments in an easy way and see all the info that i need

All i use in UJET it's greatly useful, it's an easy tool for work, you don't need a longer training to learn how to use it, very intuitive and user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
UJET has been the back bone to how our company runs. The service is fast and efficient it makes my everyday job manageable. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

There isn't anything that isn't helpful to my everyday use.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is the chat shortcut and how easy to search for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The continous chat sound notification even when you already answered the chat that came in

Ujet is one of our main tools at work, it helps us communicate better with our clients and see how previous interactions that we had with them.

It is easy to use, so do not get overwhelmed. Utilize chat shortcut is f you were to use it for live chats

What do you like best about the product?
overall software system that how tickets generated and easily can see the cx,sh and retailers information.multiple features.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes not give us the proper option for coaching. tech issue and all like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cold transfer and warm transfer. also we can search cx and sh zendex history.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is a good software tool to keep record companies data including voice record,chat notification and many more.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very simple to navigate and use. Everything you need can be found in the one pop up that you are on.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't move the chat box around the screen, you can only close it if it is covering something on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can communicate with customers quickly and can transfer the chat smoothly to another team if needed.

You will not be disappointed! Great, easy and quick way to connect to your customers.

Ujet makes it easy to navigate between chat and phone options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to log in. The steps to get in to the system are a little much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet shows me all important information I need to get to the customer account. It's easy to just copy and paste. I also like how it changes my status automatically when I complete a call. Ujet makes my beginning and ending transitions seamless. I am grateful that it tracks my hours for me in real time. I don't have to worry about inaccuracies with my invoices.

What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to follow and usually is very steady.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a little problems when it comes to it recognizing my microphone. But are issues that I can easily fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it every day for work. It makes my life easier when connecting to other tools and recognizing the client's information.
