What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can change between taking chats, calls or emails very fast and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that, when taking chats, the window doesn't show you the time you're in aux, only in the calls window

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed the fact that you can make calls and receive them in an easy manner and all goes very quickly

Sometimes it takes a while to gather information from the clients

I have resolved issues of customer service with Instacart

Get in contact with anyone that knows how to use the software correctly and you will be just fine

What do you like best about the product?
I love that is so easy and compact. All necessary tools are shown to you easily in one whole compact window. I love knowing I can finally provide my best service in a trustful tool that assures the best quality in work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes it may crash all of a sudden without sending any messages about what went wrong. Another thing that could be better is the way the notifications are sent. They really seem to scare sometimes because they do not previously let you know so basically it just throws you in without being ready. I've also noticed how sometimes the system fails and not even reloading or refreshing the page may help. This can really affect in my work since we deal with customer which sometimes they might think we do not want to help them but actually it is because our systems does not seem to work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my current job, I'm able to assist customers through Ujet. We hold phone calls with them, and we are able to have a flowing communication because of Ujet. It is so easy to contact with the customers and be empathic with them because we are able to use the very efficient tool for communication, Ujet. It can be hard sometime to really transmit the help needed when there is not a channel to be attained to but using this important tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using the tool, be ready to experience the best way to work easily. As any other product it may sometimes fail but that really does not seem to matter because they quickly catch up with error and work on them. This is what quality service is about, noticing error and finding a way to prevent them and upgrade in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The available schedule options and that it is a 24-7 company. I also love the fact that I can work from home and be with my family.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about the company is that I can't check my schedule unless I am logged in to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company is very supportive of all of the employees and their time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient to use. The timers are very easy to locate. As an employee, I recommend this service to all business to fulfill the expectation.

I don't this there is anything to dislike. Awesome service.

We use UJET for login in our office. It's quick and easy to navigate and choose the correct disposition.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to sign in. Not hard to use at all. I can hear the customers clearly. The chats do not freeze at all. I can also use the short cuts that feels in a full sentence that I don't have to type out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's only one thing that I don't like about it and that is that the main page will log you out within a certain about of minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving customers' accounts, feeling orders, and adding information to customers' accounts. The benefit of using UJET is I can move from one screen to another without losing any information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use, Never have to wait in between helping customers.

What do you like best about the product?
IT makes chats easily accessible and gives notifications which are always visible
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much, honestly. It works great for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to be more efficient and attend to customers in a timely manner. It ensures you know when new customers are there so you can reach them in good time to help

The UJET is easy to launch but there is another way maybe of improving it.

The stats doesn't show our CSAT returns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes UJET takes time to load especially if you have a slow internet speed.
