Great Chat Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I currently use UJET at a call center for communicating by chat with customers and it's effortless easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about this great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is extremely reliable, I use it for receiving incoming chat or calls from customers and also to perform other functions such as completing transfers etc.. The benefit compared to other tools I have used in the past is the simplicity of the tool.

Friendly, colorful and easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
It could be a little weird, but I really like all different colors for all auxiliaries. Looking at that yellow break aux makes my day!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a few bugs like getting calls when you are on an aux where you are not supposed to receive them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is really useful to get in contact with different people at the same time in an easy manner, not stressful at all.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very friendly interface tool. Simple to use and very comfortable, I really recommend it, because you can see how many chats do you have, your time and feedback puntuation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It happened to me twice, that I received a chat but the chat get freeze but that does not happen all the time, mostly is running perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well Ujet was very useful to communicate with other people, I really like the experience that bring to me and the others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ujet is a very useful tool, simple to use and very friendly, I really like it. I use it to work everyday, and most of the time I got a great experience using it. Also customers really like to use it too, they can contact us fast, and if they want can attached pictures. Other thing that I like it is that I can transfer chats very easy, I only need to select the option and I can transfer to other users that use ujet in different areas. Other thing that I see is that you can review your stats receiving chats, you can see the average of your team based on the approximate number of chats received, how long it is taking to you and your co-workers to answer chats and the puntuation feedback that you received from customers and the puntuation updates at the moment, when the customer ends the chat and they give the feedback it appears to you automatically how many points do you have at that moment. As I mentioned before it is very friendly and very easy to use, I really recommend it for call centers.

It is a very easy system to use, very clear to understand and very safe, all the time I have used it it has not given me any problem

until now i havent find anything bad about UJET

The ease with which you can check how your performance of the day is going, also the power to change status with great ease without getting stuck, all very on time.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is a really friendly system, you can do a lot of useful things

Sometimes it frozes or it's kind of slow, even with high speed internet, but always happens with other platforms

I can solve EVERYTHING with UJET it is really helping me monitoring my agents

Magnificent experience with Ujet

What do you like best about the product?
It never get hanged or never stopped working during my business hours. There is no cache files that keep our system storage free and virus free. As I used to work for 5 days in a week. I never faced any issue with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still, I don't have any parameters to describe this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in many ways like to maintain our break time, email time as well as training time. Ujet also has a option of analytics which helps us to check our C-Sat score our calling duration as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From my opinion, Ujet is a good software as it helps to know about our working hours as well as our break hours and so many things. Ujet has multiple options like coaching, wrap up,technical work, offline work and so many.

However, I suggest Ujet is one of the best software.

Easy Peasy

What do you like best about the product?
UJET integrates seamlessly with other support systems, very user friendly, reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The incoming chat notification tones....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that UJET integrates so smoothly with zendesk software and does most of the work for me. Subsequently, I'm solving every customer's problems through UJET.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used two other systems on past campaigns, I've found UJET to be the easiest to navigate and have had no reliability issues at all. I pretty much just have to take the call/chat from the customer through UJET and it populates in zendesk instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I think its really convenient that before the call starts, it lets us know what the call is for. (ex. Resto-menu or Resto-Refunds)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were more simple to automatically pull up accounts if possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Refunds and menu changes for restaurants

Ujet, is the root of our business. we use ujet to create interactions with the customer, chats, emails and calls, good quality, and very friendly when you are using it.
