A practical solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and has everything I need in order to efficiently work from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
It ha occasionally crashed, but issues have always been solved in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have everything I need in order to answer chats in my own house. It is super practical and it has made my work experience so much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very simple and self-explanatory. You will get used to it in a few hours. It's very helpful.
It's an awesome tool, for get in touch with the customers.

That it gives the opportunity for we can get in touch with the customers, with no problem

sometimes it gets disconnected with no reason.

I Am taking care of the calls, and help solve the issues customer has.

That you can easily change your status on ujet and it is the mosr wonderful tool for customer service that can exist right now at the market

That sometimes there is some issues to log in.

I fully recommend ujet for other users because it is very easy to use and every company shoul be using ujet.

It's easy to use, navigation wise perfect

A little bit of delay when trying to switch auxes but not all the time

I'm doing customer service stuff thru chat and email. It made my life easier to chat using the shortcuts that UJET provided and other options

It is easy to manage and a great tool to work and it makes easy to do the work from house and its better in this days that not everyone is working fortunately and thank god we are able to work from home due to Ujet

With UJet I was allowed to log into the platform and answer calls and questions for my customers and help them to the best of my abilities
I love working and using Uber makes things easier

I assist customers having problems with orders on a delivery app. Because the system is pretty smooth and efficient I save a lot of time during calls.

I love how the calls come through, it gives you a notification first. You are a able to put the caller on hold if needed and mute yourself

I really do not have any dislikes at this time , this would be my first time using UJET so I am still getting used to it
