UJET Usage for emergency calls

What do you like best about the product?
I like that UJET is accessible in all computers and I can make emergency calls to my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it loses signal often when I want to make a call. I have to restart my computer to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to call my customers in a timely manner.

Ujet the time saver

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact ujet is very user friendly. I am able to go back and look at historical data to provide a clearer picture on some of our pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I've so many different phone systems from Ring central to VCC and this is honestly the best phone system i have ever used. The audio is very clear, there never really any issues change the aux, and it does a great job of keeping data to speak on in meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating ways to lower AHT for all cx. It allows us to see trends so we can coach based on behaviors.

What do you like best about the product?
What I most like from this software, is the simply fast you can be in touch with a person that is 4,000 kms away. The simplicity of the program that everybody can use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I find in UJet, is that, at least here in my company, it stop working every 10 mins, more or less, and sometimes that is so annoying because you cannot end a call in the instant moment that you want, or change the number you wanna call. You have to refresh the website every 10 mins or less cause the app stop working, just get iced, you cannot do nothing until the app wants, so you have to refresh the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling USA from Mexico City every second I want, to reach customers, providers and other staff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simply and easy, good.

It's great for business

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. I don't have any issues or questions with using the program. The quality of the calls is flawless and clear. It's just great overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls get dropped, however, I'm not sure if it's my internet connection or UJET, either way, it's not every call. Just every once in a while. Otherwise I no complaints or dislikes at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for uses UJET for live calls with customers or returning missed calls. It's a great way for us to contact our customers in a way that regardless of where we are working, we are able to offer the best service possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't really have any recommendations, again I've never had any real issues when using UJET, just the dropped calls, and again I'm pretty sure that my internet connection is at fault and not UJET.

I really like how it looks like, it's interface and how you can use it

I dislike sometimes that it lags, and we have to restart the browser

It has helped me in my work to be able to monitor my agents, as well be able to call customer's when needed

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage, and it's adaptable to the contact center needs. It very simple to step into work and download the reports and the data I need to better understand what my agents have been doing, their auxes how much they took from lunches, meal or breaks.
I really like the use of the tool I think is very simple and does not give you a hard time when you need to pull information from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data downloaded is not accurate, it tends to show different data after you download it several times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the data I need and I have a clear visión of the timeline from my agents

Try it really saves u time when downloading and looking for information.

What do you like best about the product?
The multiple ways and options are available for us agents can interact more with it and it has a really reliable way to receive a call with no issues and keep the customer with the best experience on the call with no lag or call issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The less helpful is the number of options available that actually they are not needed, maybe with fewer options or just keep the ones needed would be more than enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to keep tech support and customer service on point is really important more when we know that the call is steady and clean and we know that there are not going to be any issues with the call by the time we are helping the customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is a really nice and clean software to receive a call and keep them really smooth and with no issues, the options of transfers or available option to get the best interaction with the customer so they don't waste time and go forward with no hassle needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Is very friendly software, you can easily use it, there is no need to have special training to understand how it works. Give agents the ability to work in native call and chat panels within CRM records, and make their jobs easier by removing the need for them to log in to multiple software applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes to frequently, as well there are some AUX status that do not start at 00:00 like it should, there is a 6 secs delay in the counting, Maybe to make the interface more friendly might help to find the proper tool would be a nice Idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most likely, we take calls from customers that need to assistance with complex devices, in this way UJET has impacted our work by providing us a tool to manage multiple tasks in the same bundle software (Internal transfers, third party transfers, etc) I have use anothes phone software and UJET is the best
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is a great software, easy to use and is a complete software, Provide agents with better data intelligence automatically. Reduce the need to ask customers for details your business should already know.
