Straight-forward integration (integrate with ease)
What do you like best about the product?
It took me so little time to understand how VGS works and change our workflow to be proxied through VGS. Support has always been a great experience, especially via chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess it is the fee I need to pay for extra CNAMEs. It is $40 per extra CNAME at the moment, wouldn't it be great if it was less or bundled in the package we pay yearly?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be PCI compliant so that we could process credit card information flown from our 3rd party integration. We realized that integrating with VGS saved us huge time and cost compared to building up the infrastructure and all the work required by doing it on our own

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and simple layout with good navigation controls.

The account key adds/remove was a bit difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for tokenizing credit cards and user information.
The dashboard is very easy to use for configuration and the entire experience was positive.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to record the logs for testing. Helps with debugging for developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes once you configure an outbound or inbound route, you have to reload them for them to take effect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely collecting card details without sensitive card details touching our internal system. PCI DSS compliance has been realised.

Read the documentation provided before beginning integration.

VGS has a very responsive support team that tries to get to the bottom of your issues, especially regarding implementation. Good documentation for developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation is not as straightforward as I would like through the docs, although the support team makes up for that.

We can protect our customer's sensitive data.

The pre-populated controls and layout are great and easy to use.

It is not easy to sort and filter and search. Also definitely need the ability to tag people in notes. Also need easier ability to scroll through notes.

the password setup and MFA is complex and the updates are not been provided frequently to ensure smooth running of the application to certain extend.The Admin page is a little slow. Mobile SDKs should be more simple

VGS for Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
We used VGS for our SOC compliance process. VGS provided an easy way to track the criterion required for compliance at the macro level. VGS also provided an easy way to organize tasks that would help to complete the macro-level task goals.

It was difficult to search for a micro-level task at the top level.

VGS allows us to eliminate our liability around PII and focus on what we do best, serving our customers.

No complaints 6 months in. VGS has been sensitive to our needs and timelines, something that young companies need in a partner.
