Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the task feature where we could assign various policies to our team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more accessible dates on when evidence is uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got our SOC certification so I'm pretty happy with it.

Really good for most use cases!
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is friendly for beginners. Lots of useful token formats. Support is helpful and quick to respond. HTTP and SFTP filtering supported. I really like the log inspection feature in the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced use cases can be difficult. Mostly in the SFTP filtering space. Seems like the SFTP product is not as mature as the HTTP proxy, which makes sense since I think most use of VGS will be in HTTP proxy. The dashboard is nice for onboarding new users, but eventually they become really difficult to manage. It would be nice if I could edit a filter's yaml directly in the dashboard, instead of having to export/re-import the whole yaml.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 compliance, zero-PCI data in our systems, and anonymizing sensitive (but not PCI) data.

The way the app is tuned to tailor the needs of user access to the vault and user frendlyy

Looks to be primitive in outlook which can be fine tuned in next update and hangs in time

the credentailty and confidentiality of user data is well secured in the app and the updtaes

Very good system for PCI compliance, excellent customer support
What do you like best about the product?
VGS is easy to work with and they assure that I don't have to deal with any PCI issues on my end. They've been effortless to get support with my problems, which have been few.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have difficulty testing with them on my local, but I'm using ngrok, so that might be the issue rather than VGS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to see credit cards on my system, and I don't even like the credit cards to pass by my code. VGS solves that for me and gives me a quick service to take the card data.

They have splendid team members who actively collaborated with us to gather our business needs and support accomplishing them.

Not much to say here, it was a very pleasant experience overall.

We are getting SOC2, PCI-DSS compliance

Very good service overall, I definitely recommend the service to organizations who are looking forward to get compliance certification and also use VGS for PCI-DSS.
VGS has been quick and easy to integrate with, and their support is helpful

VGS documentation was a bit difficult to navigate at first

Securing critical user data. VGS has helped us achieve compliance levels easier
Great product with a super customer support team
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard makes it easy to see which routes are being used. There is also lovely logging that enables me to investigate issues with the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
It is relatively challenging to do complex matching. If you need to look for specific values to decode or replace, you often need to involve support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main use for VGS is to store sensitive data on their platform. This allows us never to store this data on our servers. Great from a security perspective.
Easy integration, excellent service!
What do you like best about the product?
Integration was incredibly simple. VGS helped us out every step of the way, established a Slack chat with us to answer any questions, and was able to assist in debugging any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet I can think of! VGS has been incredibly helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tokenization and data security. VGS gives us peace of mind that we are not in PCI scope, which is incredibly important for a credit card issuer.

Provided end to end solution with ease of integration. Team is great and very responsive. Process is extremely simple.

As such nothing to dislike but I found pricing a bit high.
