Just getting started
What do you like best about the product?
We currently are in the middle of implementation and finding that the system is extremely flexible in meeting the requirements of our company. KloudGin has been very knowledgeable and responsive to our initial system requirements along with the changes that have been asked for as the implementation evolves. The time has been taken to develop our requests into reality and show us potential new applications that the system can deliver, that we may not have originally envisioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any implementation, there are always a few configuration contraints that come up that can be frustrating. But, options have been demonstrated and integrated to help us use the system as we intend to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transformation from being paper driven to becoming more efficient in our day-to-day operations, reporting, communication, and so much more.

The Software and The Team
What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with the KloudGin software for years now ushering it through implementation and support post go-live. We have had great luck with adaption from all parts of the company. We made the difficult leap for our field users from a decentralized, paper-based work to a fully digital and centrally managed work order experience. It was intuitive for the users to learn and adaptive as we found received new requests from users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any technology, the question isn’t whether you run into challenges, but it's more about how the team reacts to them. The team at KloudGin not only makes you feel like part of their inner circle but also invested in their clients as if the client's business is their own. So any challenge we ran into was quickly resolved and followed up on to make sure there weren't any lingering effects that they can help with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field Work Management, Centralized Dispatching, Mobile Field Application, Mobile GIS Viewer.
Combining multiple uses within one tool allows us to manage this transition with a smaller technical team. Also, fewer applications for operations to learn and use.

What do you like best about the product?
We were drawn to KloudGin because of it's flexibility. We can establish quick wins while gaining incredible efficiencies. KloudGin offered the experience needed without killing the bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
KloudGin is very good at establishing their ability to perform the way you need it to. But they aren't great at helping you understand how the base package operates and fits together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KloudGin will provide detailed work orders and dispatching to our field groups with directions and routing making us more efficient while removing the need for paper.
Having evaluated many vendors, Kloudgin is the most comprehensive solution in the market.

Admin features are limited, customizations are not possible

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud solution for field service order management, KG mobile app integration with ESRI's ArcGIS show to our asset and valve status, real-time with interface other edge applicaiton
We've had a good experience with KloudGin.
What do you like best about the product?
The level of support and ongoing training when needed.

The E-Commerce integration can cumbersome when product information needs updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to manage all assets in one platform.
Flexible digital platform with excellent customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's flexibility combined with their agile customer service means that we can continue to evolve the platform to meet our process, control, reporting, and invoicing requirements quickly. Furthermore, when problems arise, they are quick to have them fixed. The platform has good end-to-end digital processes. Unlike many web applications, the KloudGin system is very customizable. They are prepared to work with you to make their system fit your requirements no matter how big or small of a client you may be. This is a big differentiator compared to other web applications, especially from bigger companies who will often force you to change your requirements to meet what their system can do. The people at KloudGin want to please their clients and the communication lines with this vendor are transparent and open.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about KloudGin. Dislike is too strong of a word. I would urge KloudGin to continue doing what they are already doing, which is to simplify the system to improve the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits realized include: significant improvement in labour productivity/efficiency; significant reduction in the time it takes to invoice a work order (improved cashflow management); significant reduction in the time it takes to close the accounting records each month; material increase in EBITDA margins (7% increase); improved accuracy of invoicing (reduced errors and no longer missing opportunities to invoice for items); improved reporting and analytics around the activity levels for our employees (time management).

What do you like best about the product?
Capability to automate an end to end workflow right from customers, sales order to timecard to billing

Nothing specific. The UI Navigation could be improved further

Automating field service workflows for the team
Customer Service is extremely responsive and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way we were able to build the system to meet our company's needs best. It is a very user-friendly system that enables our field to capture billable items requiring fewer duplicate data entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few system limitations with integration that are frustrating, but we have done what is needed to work with around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because the system is more user-friendly than our ERP system, it allows the field to capture the data directly. The information is integrated with our ERP system, so it's cutting out the duplicate entries.
Commercial Service Solutions move to electronic work orders, time keeping, and communication.
What do you like best about the product?
Kloudgin is able to be set up according to the way my company works. The modules are set up to meet our workflow and to incorporate different communication streams we need to be most efficient and effective. The customer service team has been excellent whenever we have a question or need enhancements to continue the use of the program in our field service business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Originally the reporting did not quite meet our needs, but this has been improved significantly and the ability to create customized reporting is very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The implementation of Kloudgin has allowed us to eliminate paperwork orders in our workflow. Our entire process for work orders, instructions, and time tracking is electronic. Kloudgin has improved our efficiency and communication through our technicians ability to view their assignments ahead of time to prepare for the project, so there is less delay on-site. More accurate tracking, communication, and immediate access to information has improved our success in performance and reduced our cost
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest to all potential users of Kloudgin to take the time to truly analyze your manual workflow and reporting needs. Kloudgin can then build you an electronic version that will meet your process needs and accelerate your efficiency by automating a new workflow of scheduling, work orders, inventory, invoicing, and especially communication.
