Intuitive and Effortless to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward and intuitive to use. It doesn't take long to update business under discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting capabilities are missing but you can easily find workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly see at a glance what the revenue pipeline is from my sales staff.
Intuitive Workflow with Visual Boards
What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management for project planning and resources allocation. It solves workflows, team visibility, and manual tracking issues in procurement by centralizing tasks. I appreciate the customizable visual boards and automations with no code, which make workflow and tracking intuitive for tasks. The customizable visual boards let me drag-and-drop tasks into Kanban or Gantt views, and the automations trigger actions such as approval notifications or status updates. The initial setup was smooth and easy, making it convenient to start using.

monday Work Management solves workflow and team visibility issues by centralizing tasks, eliminating manual tracking in procurement.
Effortless Organization and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love it's ease of use. Once I was able to get everything set up and customized to my specific needs, being able to use it moving forward was extremely simple. I love using the software for a "brain dump". When I have an idea, I no longer have to email myself notes or — goodness forbid — turn to sticky notes! Monday has become a major part of my business operations. Whenever I have needed support, Monday's team has been quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I can think of that is a downside to Monday! I love all of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to depend on emails to speak with my team. I am able to create and assign projects to specific people (and myself). Since my contractors work remotely, I am able to assign them projects and they are able to mark tasks off as they complete them — allowing me full visibility of where all my projects are in the pipeline.
Intuitive Platform That Delivers on Its Promises
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely intuitive and truly delivers on what it promises! It's been easy to achieve the templates we needed and we now use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our employees now have more free time ;) and honestly, there isn't anything I genuinely dislike about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now, we are able to track every task within a project without needing to repeatedly check in with the person responsible. Additionally, all our procedures are documented, so if someone has to leave, the information remains accessible.
Effortless Onboarding and Productivity Boost with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com Work Management was so easy for our team to start using. It took very few days to aboard our data and start using it. It has drastically increased the production of our team. We had used a competitor to Monday.com [Asana] for several months before being introduced to Monday.com, and we hated the data input and use of this other platform. Asana was so difficult to use day to day that the team wasn't using it effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found many issues at all. There are more features than we need to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us not loose track of hundreds of multi-month projects across several project managers and many steps and procedures.
Feature-Rich and User-Friendly, But Notification Setup Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It’s colorful and that makes it easy to handle and there is a lot of features

The notifications are hard to set up and you need to be quick or the page would send the info to another sheet and you need to bring it back every time

Streamlined Event Planning Across Departments
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy use function. I taught myself how to use this program by utilizing the YouTube videos available from monday.com staff members. I enjoy the ability to auto-save, to do reports, and to move a project through a process from start to finish. This work management tool has been invaluable to coordinating events here at the community college. monday.com is especially powerful for an event coordinator because it centralizes planning, communication, timelines, and accountability in one place—reducing manual follow-ups and last minute surprises. I can track each event through clear status stages such as inquiry received, pending approvals, confirmed, setup scheduled, event live post-event follow-up, closed and cancelled events. I am able to assign tasks to facilities, IT, Police, AV, Catering Marketing, etc. Monday.com gives true collaboration and it streamlined our process. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would want to improve is having a monday.com account manager when problems arise when I am trying to implement new processes.

Monday Work Management helps me collaborate effectively, centralizes planning, reduces manual follow-ups, and prevents last-minute surprises. It streamlines the event lifecycle from start to finish, making it invaluable for event planning and ensuring consistent, complete information.
Versatile Project Management with an Intuitive, Visually Appealing UI
What do you like best about the product?
I find that Monday is a versatile tool for project management and task delineation. My team enjoys it, especially considering that the UI is really right and visually appealing to work at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if I have any dislikes, but I find it to be a confusing to learn with no prior context

It’s helping us manage and visualize different projects across areas of focus for the organization.
Good UI and Guest Features, But Pricey and Sometimes Cluttered

I like its UI and its ability to add people as guests

A bit too expensive, and it can get a bit cluttering sometimes

I find Monday easy to use and appreciate its great features. It really helps me stay organized with my work.

Despite being visually friendly, it can feel overwhelming at first. There are many views, automations, and settings that take time to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A common issue is that managers and teams often struggle to quickly assess progress. The introduction of multiple views—such as Kanban, Timeline, Calendar, Gantt, and Table—addresses this by allowing users to monitor status and progress in a way that best suits their workflow. This leads to faster status checks, clearer visual insights into timelines and potential bottlenecks, and makes it easier to prioritize tasks.
