It is really easy to track my work using Monday as everything is in 1 place

Maybe on how laggy it tends to get on some days

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to brief projects to different teams and add updates on progress/amends etc in one place rather than back and forth on emails that can get lost
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its annoying all columns need to be the same in a section but this is so minor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, briefs, easier collaboration with other teams which helps overall outcomes and deadlines

it's so flexible it can be hard to know exactly how to use it - to extract maximum value you need to be somewhat technical or use a 3P to help set it up properly

Efficient Project Tracking, Needs Better Flowchart Tools

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to track all my projects easily. I also appreciate how all requests from other departments come through monday.com, streamlining our workflow. The experience has been good, with no challenges in the setup so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very difficult when drawing flow charts directly in monday Work Management. Also, I can't set up an alarm for deadlines, like getting an alert when the deadline is reaching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track projects easily with monday Work Management, though I can't draw flow charts directly or set deadline alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management super easy to use and really visual, which makes project management and automation straightforward. I like having a single interface for different teams to collaborate on and track project progress. The various template options are particularly helpful, as they simplify setting up different types of projects. The initial setup was super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications are a little bit extreme. There could be better granularization of notification permissions.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for project tracking, invoice tracking, and assigning jobs to personnel. I love the ease of use and automations the most, as they remove a lot of manual work. The platform helps me save a lot of time with its prefixed templates, easy tracking, and faster actions. It completely replaced my manual Excel trackers, offering a fast and easy alternative. Automations have saved me a lot of time by removing manual follow-ups and sending emails with just a click, which is really helpful for repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suggest adding a 'redo' feature upon pressing CTRL+Z. Whenever I accidentally click on the 'x' button on any cell, the data in the cell disappears directly, and I can't get it back. I suggest giving a pop-up screen for confirmation or the ability to redo upon pressing CTRL+Z.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for project tracking and more. It saves time with prefixed templates, easy tracking, and faster actions. The automations eliminate repetitive manual tasks like emailing, making my workflow efficient and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
“I’d say what I like best about monday Work Management is how useful it is for tracking and auditing tasks. It gives you a clear overview of what’s going on, who’s responsible, and what stage things are in, which helps keep everything organized. It’s especially helpful when you need to review work or make sure nothing is slipping through the cracks. That said, it can be a bit slow at times, but overall it does a solid job for managing and monitoring workflows.”
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main downside is that it can be pretty slow at times, especially when loading boards or switching between tasks. It can interrupt the workflow a bit. Also, some features feel less intuitive than they could be, so it takes extra time to get used to certain processes. While it’s useful for tracking and auditing, the overall user experience could be smoother and more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
“I mainly use monday Work Management to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and case progress in one place. It helps avoid things falling through the cracks, especially when handling multiple clients or projects at the same time. Having everything organized and visible makes it easier to follow up, audit work, and stay on top of priorities. It definitely helps with accountability and keeping the team aligned, even if the platform itself can be a bit slow at times.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s something our clients typically use to invite us into their marketing calendars for launches, keeping us updated and aligned with what’s coming up, what’s included, and what’s planned. It creates a much more seamless and efficient way to ensure everyone is onboard and aware of what’s going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t many downsides to the platform. The main thing is that it took me a while to get used to everything, as there’s a lot you can do on it. That said, I think that’s the case with any new platform until you become familiar with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been a valuable tool for scheduling product launches and sales calendars, bringing together all teams involved in these setups, including marketing, and designers. It enables everyone to communicate effectively, stay aligned on current progress, and clearly understand what’s next on the radar. Overall, it’s greatly improved both communication and organisation across my clients business.

Extremely Intuitive, User-Friendly Task and Timeline Management

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely intuitive and user friendly. Easy to assign tasks, easy to see the big picture and timeline, not only the single tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we were discussing a corporate price, their sales dev team was extremely pushy and their prices too high compared to alternatives. We were bargaining not just for us, but also on behalf of a much larger client, who ended up going with Salesforce, who offered a more comprehensive package for half of the price.
