What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to organize events and details about the events that you have planned. It allows for collaboration and discussion in a way that all parties involved can see it. It makes it easy to search for items based on the event or the date. You can share files and data easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case, I had never used anything like it and it was a bit confusing to use at first. There is a lot it can do so it is a lot to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding emails from various sources about my work was time consuming. Monday.com allows our discussions as well as project planning to all be in one organized place.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely flexible in its applicability to a variation of applications from project management, sales coordiantion, tracking iniatives, and cross functional coordination. Monday was easy to implment and my team uses it daily to review status of projects and action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring Monday to set up alerts for reminding people to complete tasks is a bit cumbersome and takes a bit of training/self-teaching to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating key activities and tasks into one place that cross functional collaborators can use to work and stay aligend on the same iniative while also creating accountability and goverance.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration is ease of use and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Probably has more usefulness on the integration part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the organization of my tasks with the ones that need to be done in the high-priority area, the ones with middle and lowest priorities keeping on track and on time with deadlines.

I really enjoy how much you can customize and integrate it!

I would say the hardest part is learning how to best use it for yourself - but once you overcome that - it is an excelent platform.

It allows us to have a single platform where all work is done and stored to ensure completion.

I like automations. Forms are also really useful so employees can submit "bugs" and I can handle them after throught Monday board

Cost. I understand technology has it cost but there is so much features in Monday that I would like to try but... can't. We are a NPO and not have lot of money

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps our team of our company to track our projects, properties and developments. This platform is very helpful for our team to managing projects. It automates repetitive taks like sending reminders to clients, scheduling priperty viewings and updating property listings. This saves time and reduce errors for our company. This tool is very helpful for our team. And it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have nothing to dislike in this playform. Yet we started using this tool we had not face any problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves problem of collaboration and communication for our team members. We can collborate easily among other members, whether they are in same office or remote. And workflow automation of this tool is very helful for our company. We can save time from this features for other crucial activities and this feature is also very helful for reducing errors.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface, it helps the users in managing and arranging the work, in the best, most friendliest way possible.

Honestly I can't think of any concerns about monday.com.

monday.com solves any issues when it comes to arranging the work and managing it. It makes work a lot easier to track and organize.

What do you like best about the product?
I just love the way in which you can create different boards for the different business areas, create automations and reminders. Its easy to use and the best workflow management tool I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I've found anything I've disliked yet and there's a lot of functionality that we haven't yet explored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking longer term user maintenance requests and technical strata queries that would potentially get lost in an email inbox.

Intuitive and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me stay on target and organized for my daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly tasks. It's easy to implent and easy to manuever by color-coding, deadline dates, and different category types. I have not had to use customer support even once so far and that says a lot coming from this non-savvy software user. I have found such an ease in integrating the use of Monday.com into my everyday work day and it keeps my fellow colleagues on task as well when they use the app version while on their site visits with our mutual customers. I use this program daily and might even begin to use it for my personal business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides of Monday.com is the buy-in from other people who would benefit greatly by the use of this program. Since the software is not the cause of this issue, this is mostly a personal sore point. But, if you're used to using other formats, sometimes it's difficult to take the leap, despite Monday.com being extremely use friendly. I don't know if this is a Monday.com issue or an "operator error" issue but I find that when I'm scrolling down through my boards, I sometimes accidentally relocate the board. I had them in alpha order and I did something that took a board and dragged it to a different location. I wish I could lock the boards in place so they wouldn't be able to be reshuffled. As I stated, this might be my a ME problem, I'm still learning the scrolling features and just know I have to be careful. I share this with another coworker and I feel bad that I've moved people/boards from their alphabetical spots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves organization and task management workflows. I am keeping on task and on my targeted deadlines. The output of information is assisting colleagues to report back to our clients in a timely fashion with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
It is visually appealing and easy for others to scan documents and gain helpful info.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow you to have multiple tables in one board, so the table can become unweildy. But you can make views of the info on other tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a centralized space about project info--it solves scattered documents and does automations to keep the data clean. It is helping our organization prioritize according to impacts / urgency, which is new for the teams but has been simpler to roll out.
