Flexible AI Features and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and AI features are the most practical aspects, and each user can also redefine them to suit their needs. Additionally, the support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you lose track of your automations, it becomes quite challenging to identify and understand the mistakes that occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for planning projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to organize and it holds a lot of information which is very helpful for where I work. We use the forms, the automations, and other features which has been easy for us to then collect edits and data from others outside of our team. My team and I use it every day, so we love and heavily rely on monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the limited number of viewers or guests. I know that varies from plan to plan but we like to have people outside of our team be able to comment and review things we leave in monday. I also get frustrated with the bulleted lists. They seem to never work the way I need them too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of working through our emails and not having to make sure our emails are our main source of workflow and reviews. It's amazing.

I love monday Work Management for its ability to keep us organized by prioritizing projects and providing updates on progress across the team. It ensures that supervisors receive overall portfolio status updates with no additional work or reporting required, which simplifies our management process. The platform's easy customization of workspaces is a key feature for me, as it allows me to see the progress of multiple projects, check if they are on time, and access all the notes and additional information related to each project. This flexibility and accessibility have significantly improved my workflow and project tracking efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automations were difficult to set up and ensure they were executing the intended tasks. The challenge primarily lay in selecting the right template for the task requirements, particularly when it came to integrations. The initial setup required watching several training videos and tutorials, followed by testing to determine what worked best for the team. This indicated a slight learning curve in terms of understanding and effectively utilizing the various components.

I use monday Work Management to organize and prioritize projects, receive updates, and easily provide portfolio status reports without extra effort.

The organization of the platform. Very easy and straight forward to use. Easy to keep up with tasks and updates.

The overall display of the platform. Maybe reconsider the tabs/grouping

I appreciate monday Work Management for its intuitive interface, which makes it easy to navigate and manage both individual and team-related tasks. I find the task tracking and project update features very helpful, especially for keeping tabs on projects I’m personally involved in. As a team, we benefit greatly from its ability to support collaborative work, allowing us to keep meeting notes and project details in a centralized location, which is particularly beneficial given our slightly larger team size. I also take advantage of the pre-built templates for project work, which aids in quickly setting up new events with a rinse-and-repeat process. Moreover, the platform's interface allows me to manage subtasks effectively, creating detailed updates and descriptions for tasks that often resemble projects in scope. This flexibility and user-friendly design contribute significantly to its appeal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encounter an odd and unexplained issue with monday Work Management when using it for taking extensive team notes over a long period, such as a year. The platform begins to lag on individual pages when there's a lot of content, which can hinder productivity. To manage this, I find myself having to create new notes documents, which isn't ideal as it necessitates referencing multiple versions of notes. This lag in the document interface diminishes the efficiency that is otherwise expected from the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely appreciate the Monday updates that are automatically generated and sent to my email. This feature provides me with real-time updates on project progress without the need to log into the system, making my workflow much more efficient and faster. The email notifications streamline the process of staying informed about ongoing projects. Additionally, I really enjoy the vibrant color-coding options available in the software, as they make it visually appealing and help organize tasks better. Another standout feature is the capability it provides for team collaboration, which allows different teams to work together seamlessly on projects, offering greater visibility for upper management. This integration significantly enhances communication and collaboration across different departments, which is essential for my compliance audits and exams management.

I think sometimes monday Work Management has a lot of fields to complete. A simpler, more minimalistic option would be nice.

I use monday Work Management for managing compliance audits and exams, providing visibility to upper management and enabling collaboration with teams. It offers real-time project updates via email, improving efficiency without needing to access the platform constantly.
Compatibility and Flexibility for Agile Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I highlight the compatibility it offers for working with agile methodologies, as well as the Smart view, which is very useful at the moment. Additionally, I find it positive that it adapts to the different work teams within the organization and their various products. Something else noteworthy is the automation through workflows and the intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support becomes somewhat complicated during the scaling process, in addition to the fact that the assigned partners do not provide adequate follow-up to optimize the tool according to our use case. The cost also increases considerably if we want to implement it throughout the organization. For now, we only manage projects within Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers clear visibility in the tracking of the annual BSC, in addition to facilitating timely monitoring with the different work teams and in those projects that require detailed control. Essentially, it is useful for ensuring the achievement of objectives and OKRs.

I like the collaborative nature; that it's easy to see across the team in real-time

Some of the UX is a little clunky- would prefer more intuitive customization options for tables, etc.

I primarily use it for marketing calendar and sales/marketing project management. However, my operations team uses it broadly for operational project management

I appreciate how it helps keep everyone aligned and accountable. The ability to view progress at a glance is very convenient, and real-time updates significantly reduce the need for lengthy email exchanges, especially when you add clients as guests to our boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Monday can feel somewhat cluttered due to the abundance of features and various board types, which makes it time-consuming to standardize processes across different teams. If there were greater flexibility in reporting or simpler cross-board automation, the experience would be even better. Additionally, most of the features require payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a client-facing lead, I find that Monday Work Management centralizes everything in one place, which makes it much easier to coordinate both internally with specialist teams and externally with clients. It greatly reduces the need for back-and-forth emails and ensures that communication remains agile, transparent, and easy to track. As a result, there are fewer delays, clearer accountability, and smoother collaboration for everyone involved.

I think that sometimes the explanations for some of the functions in monday Work Management could be more easily explained.
