Great For Organizing All Our Work In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Having all our work in one spot that's organized. It's so easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't always get a notification when I'm assigned to a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see everyone's progress has helped.

Monday.com is an accessable and user friendly platform for teams to collaborate over multiple projects, share information, and share timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure about all the "add-ins" or "apps" that can be linked to Monday.com. I have not used them because I feel like Monday.com gives me/us all the platform options we need and the extra apps might be too many "cooks in the kitchen"?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessable and easy to update and maintain in real-time. A great platform for our team to collaborate, share information and share timelines.

I love the new Gantt chart view. Easy to update and manipulate.
Powerful project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the multi-faceted ability to manage multiple projects with multiple teams. It is simple enough to handle my complicated to-do list and robust enough to do the heavy lifting of integrating various approaches of project management within our team. I switched over immediately once our team adopted Monday.com and I've been happy ever since!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a robust product with a decent learning curve. It has built-in redundancies that can be a bit much, so if you are looking for clean, quick, and simplified, Monday.com is going to give you more than you are expecting. For example, there are multiple ways to stay connected and get notified. If you are not careful, you'll get updates, emails, notifications inside and outside the platform. The volume can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Between our production, communication, administration and executive teams, there are a lot of communication and coordination needs. The ability to notify and assign multiple people to various aspects of multiple projects and calendars is handled with ease through Monday.com.

Take some time to learn the nuances of Monday.com. It's a powerful tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely helpful to keep organized. I login every workday morning to check in on the tasks/projects that are due that day and the next few days. I was just out on extended leave for 12 weeks, and coming back to a completely organized work load, made the transition back into work SO much easier. 10/10 recommend Monday!

There is nothing I dislike about Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping organized ,having high level projects and the details. Project management and laying out how you would like to organize and start a project can be super difficult and many others like to see projects laid out in a different way than you do. One of the best parts about Monday is being able to share projects, timelines and due dates in different eays - through a calendar, gantt chart, excel spreadsheet, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the possibilities are just amazing. I'm not the most technically wired but after the tutorials, I felt like I could create a customized automated system for anyone! I work administration for multiple companies, including my own, and it's so fluid to operate and see everything I need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't handle the billing aspect of it but from what I know smaller businesses may have harder time finding a plan that's right for them and not paying for features they don't use. For instance, I'm a PA for a self-employed business leadership coach and the plans available for just 1 consultant, and a PA is more than budgeted and also pays for up to 5 users I believe? We wouldn't need that much where the business is at currently, but the benefits monday.com brings is essential. Any way to find a better solution?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to have multiple apps running different tasks. Between calendar, team project management, work log reports, and customer profile management it does everything in one place. We're solving the communication barrier between teams!

Go for it! Don't try to figure it out on your own at first, the tutorials are laid out faster and will answer all of your questions.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the sub task addition as it helps me in dividing a bigger task into smaller sub tasks and managing is much more easier. Moreover, the time tracking feature is great in analyzing the estimation provided by a developer and actual hours tracked. This gives me an insight to see how the developers are performing in their tasks.
Filter is also a great feature and it helps filtering based on number of options. It is the tool that I use everyday. Without its use, its impossible for me to track down the projects. Also, integrating the automation is also great which helps me get notifications for example, whenever a task is near to a review date I added an automation to get the notification 3 days ago.

On mobile application the Activity Log is not available. It should also be available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in seeing the daily tasks which are going to be live on a particular day. Earlier I used to do it through excel sheets and use filters over there. Monday.com has greatly solved this issue of managing excel sheet.

There isn't a single thing I dislike about Monday - they're on the ball and they know what their users need and how to implement it.

monday.com makes it easy to have a complete overview of your tasks or project, ask for input from your colleagues, or collaborate and distribute tasks in a global team. I like the intuitive interface and their board layout that is very easy to use as well as the automation capabilities which save us time for repetitive tasks.
The dashboards are also a great way to communicate information to senior leaders.

While a wealth of features is great to have, it also makes it overwhelming when you're not sure what is the best or simplest way to accomplish something.
Multiple subitem levels would be great to have, as well as the ability to remove columns from certain groups in a board.
The ability to have the same items in multiple boards is challenging to achieve in practice, even though the tool has some functionality for this and there are also paid extensions available.

We are using monday.com for marketing project management. Our benefits include increased transparency across the organization and more efficient internal collaboration.
A flexible & innovative tool for an innovative small business
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com offers a lot of great functionality and continues to grow and evolve. They consistently announce new features, offer easy to schedule support calls and make their users feel listened to. That's a lot for platform to offer, especially as our team understand the software development side! Our business wouldn't function with many of the clunkier project management and CRM tools, which is why we love Monday.com. The platform is wholly customizable and allows us to function in an agile and responsive fashion - which is critical to our business day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some tools that are so close to working the way we need them to. In particular the calendar function - which with some better integration could serve to help us with forecasting. That said I know this is in the works, so we will be patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We introduced Monday.com in an attempt to cut down on the number of disparate tools we were using. Instead of one CRM tool, one resourcing tool, one project management tool and one file sharing tool - Monday can do most of this in one place. The benefit is less places to update for our growing and often remote team, and the ability to foresee even more utility as new features are introduced.
Monday.com - Organization at Hand!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the job list feature. everything is there for all to see. I can update our job list 20 times a day if I need to and everyone has access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the "Highlights from yesterday" email. I would prefer a "Here are your deadlines for today" email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a really hard time keeping our job list organized and up to date in Excel. When we opened a new contact and jobs, I had to establish the info in Excel, set the info up in several different programs and then hand the new job list out. If we had several new jobs in a day, I had to do this more than one time. It was a bit cumbersome.
NOW, I don't have to do that. I just put the info in Monday.com and everyone can see it. Others can actually organize the info the way they prefer but we can all share and see it without all the other work.

Use a Trial if you're not sure. But over all, I think it's a good system.
