What do you like best about the product?
Highly Visual and Intuitive Interface
Boards, timelines, and dashboards are color-coded and easy to navigate.
It reduces the learning curve for new users.

Pricing Can Be Expensive
You pay per user and by tier, which can get costly for small teams or growing companies.
Some features (like time tracking or advanced integrations) are locked behind higher plans.

What do you like best about the product?
I can work more easilly using Monday. It helps me organize and plan my daily tasks as well as more long term projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to also include sprint features of Monday Devs, or make it more attractive to use both at the same time.

Collaborative workign and easy planning

Very easy to use, working smoothly, feels like working with facebook or whatsapp apps.

Sometimes Monday is not up. This is very disturbing.

We can dispatch tasks between teammates, We have a good documentation including attaching files, and so on...

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has made a huge difference for our team. The customizable boards and dashboards let us set things up exactly how we need them, and the automations handle a ton of the repetitive stuff for us. It’s super flexible, easy to use, and keeps everything running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't love the new date picker (it used to keep the number of days and auto adjust when you clicked a new start/end date, doesn't do that now).
I also don't love that it doesn't allow for recurring tasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management makes it easy for us to quickly set up new projects using templates, saving tons of time on planning. With dependencies and automations in place, adjusting one project date automatically updates the rest of our 10-12 month timelines. It’s helped us stay organized, work more efficiently, and avoid the headaches of manual date tracking.
Work Smarter NOT Harder
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the different views that are available so that you can see things by date, person, or even task. I love using Monday to help my workflow. It is also helpful to streamline where all of our notes are saved. I think that while it has taken our team some time to adjust, it has been so worth it!
What do you dislike about the product?
So it did take some getting used to and to implement with the team, and I think that some of the issues we were dealing with having been taken care of with customer service/support and the issues have been fixed (BCC Monday.com).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping everything in one place making it easy across teams and departments. Also, it is solving the workback issue by adjusting dates when needed in real time vs in a traditional calendar and having to make those updates individually.
That's very nice.

Monday has been an amazing tool for my business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my clients and I can collaborate in the Monday portal. They drop in their documents and I process them. I then provide the required documentation to them so that they can access them anytime, day or night. I also like that we can keep the conversation based on the subject at hand, instead of having to sift through emails to figure out what the other person is talking about. Some of my clients have even easily handled government audits thanks to the organization of their documents in Monday. It allows us to provide viewing by the government authorities so that everything is transparent and easy to interpret.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really miss the Files section under Info Boxes within each task. We used that a lot and were disappointed to find out that it had stopped being supported some time ago. The Files section in Info Boxes allowed us to better organize the amount of paperwork required. Now, we have to create subtasks for each type of required document under the task. This is a bit inconvenient, as these uploads per subtask don't come together into the Files tab under the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of the information per task in one place. This makes it much easier to understand what happened if things go sideways.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with very minimal understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a tool that performs time tracking, I would expect there to be more reporting on people who are utilizing the time tracking tool. What I've experienced is that I'm not able to run a report for a user for a specific day. If I want to account for that person's time, I need to do a data dump of all time tracking and then start filtering and sorting through it. There should be an easier way of doing this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a Board with all your staff members in it and a group for each staff member while making each pulse a project allows me to see (at a glance) how many projects the team is working on and what the overall progress is.
Ease of use and straightforward, but not perfect

It is truly very easy to use, and I feel as though whenever they add a brand new feature easily be able to master it

Again, there are some small things that I feel that they could easily add, but it is not available as a feature currently, very small things
