What do you like best about the product?
Setting up boards and automations is very straightforward, allowing me to easily send emails to clients and set up reminders. There are also some powerful tools available.

I've noticed that some third-party software isn't compatible with it.

What I like best about monday Work Management is its combination of flexibility and clarity—its visual boards and multiple views allow us to map out our workflow in a way that actually fits how our team works, not a one-size-fits-all process.

So far nothing to add on here. Monday is a great tool.

lt is solving visibility gaps, fragmented workflows, and time-consuming administrative work—and our team is seeing clear benefits. By centralizing project boards, status updates, comments and files in one place, we no longer have to chase disparate spreadsheets or email threads.

The best management tool in the industry. You can personnalize everything to your needs. It's easy to use, it's easy to implemente in a business ans it's usefull.

This saves me considerable time and reduces manual steps, allowing me to focus better on more complex tasks. Furthermore, I find monday Work Management overall easier to use compared to our previous CRM system, and it offers a clearer structuring of work processes.

Partial inertia in the transmission of data and initial difficulties in setup due to processes becoming unclear.

I like that monday Work Management is really easy to use, which simplifies my tasks significantly. I love how simple it is to copy different workstations and groups; once I figure out a formula that works well, I can effortlessly replicate it into new sections and areas. This feature saves me and my entire team a lot of time. Additionally, it makes communication within our team incredibly easy, especially since we work remotely. The user-friendly design of the platform enhances our daily operations as it is simple and intuitive to navigate. The initial setup was also very easy, and none of us encountered any issues, which speaks to how well-designed it is for users who are new to it. I would definitely recommend it to others who want to save time, ensure effective communication, and have everyone on the same page.

While 'monday Work Management' excels from a project management perspective, I find it could use improvement in terms of sales tools. As I also use it for my sales tasks, the platform seems lacking in dedicated sales features or possibly there are existing tools within the system that I am not utilizing correctly yet. Either way, enhancement in this area would be beneficial.
