Powerful project and activity management - all in a common sense UI

What do you like best about the product?
It provides the capabilities needed to manage multiple layers of projects, tasks and other coordinated efforts seamlessly within a UI that is easy to use and makes frequent and common tasks as well as more complex ones easier to track and manage.
As a result, using it every day as part of your daily activities supports multiple aspects of your own work processes.

Whilst it is easy to implement, extensive features mean that you can use it as simply or as complex as you need or as your requirements and capabilities allow.
The collaboration aspects are powerful and intuitive, with control given to multiple aspects of notifications, permissions and much more, and with additional integration to platform such as Hubspot / other CRM it opens up further capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. There are times that due to the mass of features you can get a little lost in finding exactly the right menu item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising resources, collaboration and tasks is a powerful benefit to me / us.
For your own needs a user is able to make use of features and abilities that will benefit their daily work, whilst wider, centralised and administration led boards and collaborations support wider needed processes.

A great tool for collaboration if you keep it structured

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com within the marketing team to manage projects and collaborate with freelancers. Overall, it’s a solid tool that helps us stay aligned, track progress, and plan efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, once you’re juggling multiple boards (especially for multiple projects and recurring tasks across teams), it can become hard to navigate and a bit overwhelming. The way boards link together is somewhat limited, and without a clear structure and process, things can get messy fast. The standard templates didn't provide us with a clear structure for our use cases either so be ready to invest some time upfront in organizing it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us stay organized and work better together. It solves the problem of not knowing who is doing what or when things are due.

What do you like best about the product?
the easy to use of the tools and my team is able to use the sistem and give a lot result.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that in my project us have a 2 spaces, and I don't have integration between these two spaces to move activities between one work area and another.

Monday is solving project management problems, making it possible to manage the project and have a short, medium and long-term vision.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use once your workflows are reasonably outlined and implemented, no-code automations and workflows are excellent, reasonable learning curve and support to implement, customer support is responsive and relatively quick if you need additional follow-up for any issues, out of box integrations are very good, though some will vary based on what's available via their APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI changes are ongoing and there could be opportunity to better report them before updating them, pricing is rapidly becoming steep

allows no-code automations, enables out of box integrations with most key systems we currently use, centralized work management and CRM functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the automations and possibilities to connect boards, and how it facilitates operations and improves efficiency in our workflow. It has been improving our customer support by keeping track of deadlines. It is very easy to use, easy to implement, and user-friendly. We use it daily in our workflow.

Great to customize or use templates

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday for tasks and social media management. It’s been great to use different templates, but I also customized a board start to finish to be exactly what I needed. It was tedious but didn’t take long and now it’s perfect.

The description and updates for each task are viewable from the app

Great organizational and workflow tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Getting started with Monday was so simple! I love how easy it is to create boards using templates and automations. It's become a go-to tool for basically everything I do. The ability to move things between boards is great too, and you can even use automations to send something directly to another board with the click of a button. I use Monday mainly as a project management tool and it works great for that! I also use it to track open purchase orders, a daily task list, and a call log of all the calls I take during the day. I have automations set to email the call notes to myself with one click. The Monday app is great for accessing and editing your boards on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I've ever had was a little bit of downtime due to the Monday system experiencing some minor outages. All problems were very quickly resolved!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping my work organized and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am continually teaching myself something new in Monday that helps track things more effiecntly and helps make information sharing more helpful.

Sometimes struggle with load times when starting up in the morning

Monday solves the problem of many individual contributors coming together in a shared space. We are able to track deliverables, timing, and assets all in one convenient location.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love monday.com—it’s been a non-negotiable in my workflow from the start. I even told my boss it was essential, and it’s proven itself time and again.

Our clients are consistently impressed by the clear, visually appealing dashboards that make their metrics easy to understand at a glance. The data visualization tools bring their KPIs to life in a way that builds confidence and transparency.

From my side, the platform has transformed the way I track video and image production stages. Every phase—from ideation to delivery—is organized, easy to update, and fully visible to everyone involved. The ability to customize boards for different projects has made managing complex creative timelines far smoother.

In short, monday.com makes our work more efficient, transparent, and client-friendly. I couldn’t imagine running daily production without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the status buttons to be infinite, it has limited me when I used that format for a "country" column and then can't get all the countries in to one column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow tracking - our server has a million duplicate spreadsheets on it and I vowed to import one a day into monday.com to make this problem dissolve slowly until it disappears.
