Streamlines Complex Projects but Needs Performance Boost

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly monday Work Management is, making it easy to organize interactions between our team, subconsultants, and clients. The automatic updates feature keeps everyone informed via email, streamlining our workflow. The Gantt chart is invaluable for tracking project timelines and adjusts dynamically with task changes. The platform’s digestible format consolidates project details effectively, making management straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of monday Work Management to be challenging, particularly as I was unfamiliar with setting up similar platforms before. It took about twenty to thirty hours to establish our first project template due to the complexity of our projects and the robust structure we wanted. Additionally, I've experienced inefficiencies with duplicating large groups of tasks, which is a frequent operation in our workflow. It takes longer than expected to duplicate these tasks, which slows down the setup process for new projects. Another issue I've encountered is the random reordering of tasks despite using prefixes to organize them. This reordering disrupts our workflow and makes it difficult to maintain the intended project structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find monday Work Management makes it easier to organize team interactions, track project developments, and automate updates, ensuring efficient communication and preventing task neglect. It centralizes information, simplifying follow-ups and enhancing our weekly meetings with clear updates and connected workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to use monday Work Management for our technical workflows, data tracking, customer databases and device registers. Having one platform to cover so many uses is such a rare asset in a world where it seems a new login is required for every new business requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the templates are not as helpful as I expected. I would prefer an AI based tool that asks questions and helps you build as you go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to keep centralised registers which can be accessed by various stakeholders like suppliers. monday Work Management allows us to do that in a way that is easily searchable and can be shared as required.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com daily and I love how it allows for deep personalisation and vibrant colour coding, making it easy to clearly see tasks, priorities, and progress at a glance. The automations are incredibly helpful too—they streamline repetitive processes and keep everything running smoothly without manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that when Monday.com experiences bugs or downtime, it can disrupt workflows significantly, as we keep ll our briefs and important documents on Monday.com. There’s no backup option, so if the platform ever goes down, we risk losing access to critical information, which is a big concern for us."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of tasks and project visibility by centralising all work in one place. This helps our team stay organised, track progress, and collaborate more effectively. As a result, we save time, reduce miscommunication, and ensure deadlines are met consistently.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to find what I need and keep track of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Ctrl Z becomes necessary to avoid searching the record for what has been adjusted by mistake.

What do you like best about the product?
Much easier to use than Sales Force with a lot of additional functionality. It;s very intuitive so I can pick up most of it on my own without needing support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I'm aware of thus far? Perhaps a better way to view more information at once on the sales boards
We've been using it for @3 years now, mostly as a CRM for sales but also for keeping track of client renewals and our implementation team uses it for project management. We have not explored all the other ways we could be using it but its very feature rich.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of keeping track of new leads with the status of each project in the sales pipe and enabling our implementation team to communicate with new customers about their action items needed for a timely delivery. It's great to get reminders about upcoming client renewal dates so we can plan ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform’s visual layout makes it easy to see where everything stands at a glance, which helps reduce the need for constant check-ins and status updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to get comfortable with all the features, especially when setting up more advanced automations. Also, some of the more powerful tools are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be a limitation for smaller teams.

monday Work Management helps us stay organized and aligned by centralizing tasks, timelines, and communications. It solves the problem of scattered information and unclear ownership, making it easier to manage campaigns, track progress, and collaborate across teams.

Ease of use and the clarity of organization.

Labeling the Status with a selection isn't unified across all boards - so change the status color/info on a template doesn't create those changes or options on a board already created.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super user friendly, has great options for "view only" members, and the included automations are really easy to set up as a first time user. We use it just about every day in my department.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were additional, flexible pricing options.

It solves a lot of manual calendar work. Having the option for automations is a big time saver.
