Great for Collaboration, But Boards Can Get Messy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link the appropriate columns and forward them to the relevant departments is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ended up creating our board with far too many columns, which has made it look cluttered and disorganized. We'll need to rebuild it to create a more effective and streamlined board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all projects in one place.
Top-Class Organization, but Too Many Columns and Views
What do you like best about the product?
The organisation is top class and helps me streamline the work processes along with assigning work easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it gets tiresome with the amount of columns I have to scroll through. This is reduced with personal views, however we have ended up with a lot of views for various people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the huge amount of work incoming and making it easy to view. Assigning work to my colleagues is also a breeze.
Highly Customizable Workspace, But Navigation Can Be Overwhelming

The platform offers the flexibility to create any kind of board, dashboard, or workdoc, allowing me to tailor my workspace to my specific needs.

Navigating between different boards and workspaces can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool provides a unified and centralized approach to project management, making it intuitive and easy to navigate. I also appreciate the collaborative features it offers.
Centralized Project Management with High Visibility and Accountability
What do you like best about the product?
Central repository to view all projects, high visibility , promotes accountability and facilitates the standardization of process. The rapid rollout of new features. Many of the items on our wish list have been rolled out in the last 12 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little we love Monday.com. We need better control of the number of boards that been created.

It allows our teams to work collaboratively and workflow out projects enabling us to get better handle on the work ina more visually aesthetic way

Consistent Project Management Made Easy with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
With Monday Work Management, we are able to utilize templated boards for our Project Managers across all their projects. This not only saves time but also ensures a consistent approach throughout our processes. As a result, our PMO team and Management benefit from a comprehensive Portfolio view, and we can build dashboards that deliver valuable insights into task status, risks, and overall project health.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of Monday was fairly straightforward. However, we anticipated receiving a more out-of-the-box solution, with more boards already set up for us at the start and training provided on those. Instead, we found ourselves having to learn and build the boards as we progressed, which was not what we had expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform offers consistency across all projects, which I find very helpful. Additionally, the enhanced portfolio reporting makes it easier to track and analyze progress.
Complex Setup, Limited Functionality Hinders Reuse
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability of how the Gantt chart is set up in monday.com and how it can be customized and filtered according to our needs. This feature allows me to show exactly what is necessary, which makes visualizing project timelines and managing tasks much easier and more efficient. Additionally, monday.com helps us manage our projects more efficiently than before, and facilitates widespread sharing of plans with stakeholders, which benefits our team significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?

Effortless Project Tracking and Collaboration for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
This is a sleek and intuitive tool that greatly enhances team collaboration. At team VMO2, we use it to track our supply chain projects, and it has proven to be far more efficient than relying on old-fashioned spreadsheets. The ability to create custom workflows makes project tracking truly effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it would be interesting to see a different animal featured instead of a llama—just kidding!

It centralizes the tracking of all supply chain project teams, making it clear to users that this is the go-to place for finding all relevant information.
Effortless Collaboration and Reporting, Easy to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration across our users and being able to link our boards for the purpose of reporting through dashboards. It is easy to use once you have learnt the basics, it is possible to self teach easily using the tools available. We are daily users of the tool and are still learning but excited to do so
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial impressions of implementation was a bit 'scary' and daunting. Was expecting more of an out of the box solution and not to have to build it ourselves.. Customer support using the bot is a bit tricky, would prefer the human touch from an early stage not having to go through a whole series of screens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By providing a single source of truth and a unified platform, this tool has made our work much simpler. It gives us confidence in the reports we view, knowing that everything is consolidated in one place.
Great Visuals and Automations, But Needs Better Updates and More Form Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the visuals on monday.com. They have made project plans and reports much easier to read, allowing me to quickly spot tasks and actions that need attention. The automations have also been very helpful, improving our team's efficiency and making it easier to notice new requests as they come in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed some recent updates on monday.com, but I don't think they've been communicated very clearly, as I wasn't aware of them until recently. There are also a few features I find lacking that could be quite useful. For instance, it would be helpful if the work forms included a 1-10 Likert scale. Additionally, having the option to enter 'TBC' in people or date columns when that information isn't confirmed yet would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has greatly enhanced collaboration within our team and made manual processes much more efficient through automation.
