Streamlined Collaboration and Reporting, with AI Enhancements Addressing Setup Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
We no longer rely on complicated Excel spreadsheets to manage our change portfolio, which has made a significant difference. Collaboration between teams and departments has improved as a result. Additionally, we now benefit from real-time data reporting, trend analysis, and management information, all of which have enhanced our overall workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been some trial and error involved in determining which column types and settings are best suited to our needs. However, I believe that with the recent integration of new AI tools into the system, this issue will likely be addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool enables seamless automations, eliminating the need for manual intervention. This has been pivotal in increasing productivity. The use of integrated apps has been key in allowing us to track trends via data reporting.

This platform provides an easy-to-deploy, no-code solution that can enhance processes which might not otherwise justify the allocation of corporate resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main improvement I would like to see is better options for extracting reports in a format that is compatible with our corporate materials.

We are strengthening our internal cohesion by sharing more about what we are working on.

I like the fact it stores everything in one place for us. Helps us work smarter and faster. Customer Support is helpful especially when it's a simple thing.

Powerful Workflow Automation, But Reconfiguring Can Be Tricky
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set up automations on Workflows, the number of features and the organisational features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to re-configure once Workflows have been built
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to create a more standardized approach to project management which we didn't have before, making it easier to track projects across the organisation and providing greater transparency.
All-in-One Project Management with Great Visuals, But Manual Revision Scheduling Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place. Also, all the automations are great! But the best part are the timelines and calendar format as clients can see the project plan in a very visual format and understand the needs for completing each stage in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a creative team, our projects often require multiple revisions. While we can set up an automatic timeline based on the project category, we still have to enter the revisions manually. The automation currently doesn't recognize when to schedule the next person for the second or third version, which means we need to handle that part ourselves.

Intuitive and Supportive, But Needs Better Collaboration Options
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive system which can be tailored for any need. The support services are truly fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with colleagues outside of core teams is a challenge. Would be ideal to have a lower level of membership - viewer plus - which allows them to engage with a limited number of columns (e.g., simply comment and select status).
