Small business, big costumers. And how to keep track.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small business of 3 people, we design and do production of fashion collections. Monday helps us to keep track of the status of all our garments. Plus our clients can view our boards as a guest, so they always can look at the current status of things, saving time in emailing and communication. Though monday is quite costly for us as a small company, it helps us a lot! Monday also helps us keep track of the small "to do's". Our gen-Z interns descibe Monday as "satisfying" and they pick it up super fast.
Costumer support is always helpfull and easy to reach, which for me is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the price for us as a small company, and I need to find the time to dive into tasks automatisation and see how we can make even better and more clear boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is that every garment of our collection follows a different timeline, as all pieces of the fabric and production proces can be different. To keep track of this in excel of via email is really hard to do. Monday was the ultimate solution for this. I has a fashion program before, but that wasn't as good in tracking the status of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
As an agency user who works with Monday every weekday, Monday.com has empowered our workflow with its exceptional design and user experience. The intuitive interface makes navigation very easy, allowing team members to quickly adapt without extensive training.
What truly sets Monday.com apart is its remarkable versatility.

Whether managing client projects, tracking creative assets, or monitoring campaign performance, the platform offers customizable frameworks that adapt to our specific needs. The ability to create different board types for various project methodologies gives us flexibility without compromising organization.

Also, the platform continuously evolves and innovates, regularly introducing new features and improvements. This ongoing development enhances our productivity and client delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform occasionally experiences little hang-ups when inputting new information, requiring refreshes (not losing data-entry).

Also, despite its user-friendly design, Monday.com's sophisticated feature set can overwhelm less tech-savvy clients who may struggle with the learning curve. The abundance of customization options, while beneficial for power users, can create inconsistency across teams without proper governance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We usually worked with platforms like Trello or Basecamp because we didn't want to get lost in infinite email threads. Monday has proved itself much more efficient as a work and project management tool. It helps us by showing all the project and team info tidily and visually.

Automation & Streamlining

What do you like best about the product?
Getting into Mondays Work Management, has enable the company to embark on a company wide streamlining exercise. Monday's allows automations and alerts which save time, and reduce the mundane administrative tasks.
There is so much more to explore, but impressed so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all platforms integrate yet. and sometimes the integrations are not easy to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday's is enabling the company to save time, and make best use of company resource. It has improved communication company wide.

Practical and effective

What do you like best about the product?
I like how manageable the tool is. The features are straightforward when I need to set an event. I use it daily but usually set my events once a month. My clients never complained about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about it to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday as a tool to organize and book events (meetings) with many clients. I have an average of 80 or more events booked through Monday per month.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a lot of boards, it's difficult to keep track. I often times use the favourite button to keep track of boards I frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a central place for my team to track work in progress and what we need to focus on.

Amazing tool for all your needs

What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple and straight-forward to use. We use it weekly and there is so much you can achieve on it. It makes keeping track of work and costumers a breeze. All new users love it because of how fast you can implement it and become comfortable in the usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ultra colourful, sometimes you might want something less bright.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves how to collectively keep track in an organized and simple manner, with multiple people, of tasks and jobs. It's also helping us really customize in many ways how we want to keep track of these details.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the best PM system I have worked with, it allows me to manage projects, workflows, and everyday tasks in a visual and collaborative environment. I appreciate its intuitive interface, which makes it easy to set up boards, customise workflows, and track progress over time. I have tried various PM software (online/on-prem) and Monday.com is by far the best. Customers also love having real-time access to their project updates. I have started using the AI features which are cool, automations and templates/widgets fit the bill for my projects!

A Game Changer for Team Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the flexibility of views - being able to apply multiple sorts and filters to the same board is a huge time-saver. It helps each team member focus only on the tasks that are relevant to them and ready for action. I also like that we can embed links within documents that take us straight to the live project board, giving us real-time visibility into overall progress.

It was easy to implement and our team uses it daily. Customer support has been brilliant whenever we've reached out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a board gets quite large with lots of columns and updates, performance can start to slow down slightly, which affects usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to only see tasks that are ready for each individual to action.

4.Team Collaboration – Built-in features like updates, tagging, file sharing, and notifications help teams stay aligned in real time.

What do you dislike about the product?

1.Pricing Can Be Expensive – Especially for smaller teams or freelancers, the pricing tiers can feel high compared to competitors, particularly since some features are locked behind higher plans.

2.Steep Learning Curve for Advanced Features – While basic use is intuitive, setting up more complex automations or dashboards may require a bit of time and experimentation.

3. Limited Reporting on Lower Plans – Robust analytics and reporting features are only available on higher-tier plans, which may limit data-driven decision-making for smaller users.

4. Notification Overload – Without proper configuration, users can receive too many notifications, which can become overwhelming.

5. Mobile App Limitations – While the mobile app works well for basic tasks, some users find it less smooth or fully functional compared to the desktop experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Monday.com is to use—it’s super visual and just makes sense. It’s helped our team stay way more organised without feeling too rigid. I love how you can customise the boards to fit whatever project you’re working on, and the automations save a lot of time on the boring stuff. Plus, it connects with all the other tools we use, so everything feels in one place. It’s made a big difference in how we manage our day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I really like Monday, but there are a couple of things that can be frustrating. Some of the more advanced features, like time tracking or certain automations, are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday’s been really helpful for keeping everyone on the same page—especially when we’re working across different teams. The ability to tag people directly means nothing gets missed and everyone knows what they’re responsible for. We’re also using it to track SLAs, which has made it way easier to stay on top of deadlines and spot bottlenecks early. Plus, the API integrations have been great—we’ve connected it to a few of our internal systems so updates flow automatically, which saves a ton of manual work and helps keep our data in sync.
