User-friendly, customizable, and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation in connecting multiple boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management addresses several key problems that enhance our team's efficiency. First, it streamlines task management, allowing us to easily assign, track, and prioritize work. This clarity helps reduce confusion and ensures everyone knows their responsibilities. Additionally, it enhances collaboration by centralizing communication, which minimizes the need for lengthy email threads and keeps discussions organized.
The platform's automation features also eliminate repetitive tasks, saving us valuable time and reducing the risk of errors. This allows our team to focus on more strategic initiatives rather than getting bogged down in administrative work. Overall, Monday Work Management fosters a more organized, collaborative, and productive work environment, significantly benefiting our workflow and project outcomes.

The most flexible tool for our business
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of monday is how flexible it is. We can customise just about anything to suit us perfectly. It has so many useful features that are great to start with, but over time there are always things you wish you could just tweak to be perfect for your work flows and processes, and monday allows us to do that.
Additionally, customising the different tools is really easy. We are lucky to have some great developers on the team but just about anyone can create exactly what they need with a little planning and some time to get it right. And if you need some help the customer support is great, really quick to respond and help with any questions or helping us figure out how to create what we need.
Implementing monday was smooth, the switch from Jira was relatively easy. It was still a huge amount of work because of how much we use these tools but i was still impressed with how well the transition went.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one area i feel it lacks when compared to alternatives we have used is the user interface and aesthetics. We were using atlassian products previously like Jira and its just felt more polished but it was no where near as flexible as monday for how we work.
Integrations are usually pretty good but we have had some that feel like they were not ready for release, and could be something that is improved if i was being really picky.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its not really solving any new problems but it did take multiple subscriptions and replace them with one tool which is why we gave it a try initially, and we have not looked back.
A must-have work management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I work in the publication and digital content industry, where managing material collection and meeting deadlines are daily responsibilities. Monday.com has not only simplified this process for us but also enhanced our ability to coordinate, document, and oversee the entire workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of attaching files on the platform, which we perform regularly, appears to be quite inefficient. Implementing a drag-and-drop feature instead of manually navigating to locate files would significantly save time. Additionally, incorporating checklists as sub-boards would be a valuable enhancement. Overall, it remains an excellent tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own workflow and deadlines, while presenting them in a concise overview simplifies project and work management.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflows can be repetitive and time consuming to program correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an external tool for client project management as well as an internal tool for managing tasks.
Smarter Workflows, Better Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has significantly enhanced our team's productivity by introducing intuitive automation features that streamline our processes. The platform's automation capabilities allow us to set up custom triggers and actions—such as notifying team members when a task’s status changes—reducing manual interventions and ensuring consistent task progression.
A standout feature is the Files Column, which allows us to attach relevant links or documents directly to tasks. This centralized approach to file management ensures that all necessary resources are easily accessible within the task's context.
The Excel export option has also proven invaluable for our reporting needs. It enables us to analyze data offline and share insights with stakeholders who prefer working with traditional spreadsheet formats.
Additionally, the Connect Boards feature has been instrumental in linking related tasks across different projects. This interconnected setup eliminates duplicate entries and provides a holistic view of our operations, greatly improving transparency and coordination.
In summary, monday.com offers a robust suite of tools tailored for dynamic, fast-paced teams. Its automation, integrated file management, data export capabilities, and interconnected boards makes it a comprehensive and reliable solution for modern project management.

What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the platform's user-friendly design, I initially found the sheer number of features and customization options a bit overwhelming. It took some time to fully understand how everything worked. There were times I needed to do a bit of trial and error to ensure that the board worked how I envisioned it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management made out internal auction process easier by consolidating the workflow into one platform. We used to use several platforms and the files were all over the place. With monday.com, we can monitor the process from start to finish and it serves as a repository of important documents and photos. Now, we can refer to just the monday.com boards to know the status of a specific entry.
A great way to steamline your massive to-do list
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can categorize all my major tasks and break it down into step by step actions that are then trackable and easy to assign to specific users as well as deadlines
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor hiccups I have come across that I have since found solutions to when working with the customer service team. It's a robust system that I am still learning, so I don't have any specific negatives at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to stay organized and on track with the many different aspects of marketing for my clients.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much to note here have not found anything that i dislike about the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solar panel installation business

Like Excel, on Steroids, Super Sterioids
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a workflow based on how you envision a process and not be stuck in only templates or how the software is design to only do what it is built for. The ability to import straight from Excel, helps speed things up on the offline side of things when entering large amounts of data/variables. Ease of using the marketplace apps allow us to implement it to an entire workspace or simply one single board. When I had run into my own roadblocks, Google or Youtube has come to save the day with so many tips, workarounds and support, even from Monday.com support team. I use Monday.com everyday as it keeps me organized and in tune with what is to be completed. I work hard and I play hard; when coming back to work on Monday (no pun intended) and you can't even remember where you left off on Friday, Monday.com "My Work" page is a life saver! I can simply see what's overdue, what to do today and what's coming up. I can seriously "detach" from work over the weekends and enjoy some sanity! The ability to do 90% of items from my mobile phone is a huge bonus and keeps me up to date, wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor item; but when using formula's, the total at the bottom is not easily set to formulate the entire column. The mobile experience is a little different than the desktop (when in Portrait mode) and that can make it a little challenging when going back and forth between the two mediums. Uploading or taking pictures on a line item/file sometimes can fail if cell service is not stable and it is hard to tell if the upload is successful at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to project manage in an easy form, allows our users to keep using it in the field and updating the information. Half the battle is getting our users to enter information, so keeping it simple is important.
Best collaborative and backbone system
What do you like best about the product?
I love having sharebale docs, inviting any external collaborators, and automations for each board. I also think most of the templates provided by Monday are very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have formulas per each case as if an excel spreadsheet, not by columns. Also, it'd be great to be able to connect more than 25 different boards in one so info could be automatically filled in considering all boards available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have everything (Accounting, projects, Paychecks, etc.) in our boards. We don't need anything else to manage our company.
A Strong Platform with Room to Grow
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management (which we use daily) offers a visually appealing and highly customizable platform that makes task and project tracking straightforward. The drag-and-drop interface, combined with views like Kanban, Gantt, and calendar, allows for easy collaboration across teams. I particularly value the built-in automation features that help streamline repetitive tasks, such as status changes and notifications. Integration with third-party tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Outlook further boosts productivity and helps centralize communication and file sharing. Customer support is generally good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although automations are a strong selling point, they occasionally fail to trigger correctly or have delays, which can disrupt workflows if you're relying on them for time-sensitive updates. It would also be great if more advanced features like deeper analytics, improved reporting tools, or smarter workload balancing were built-in or available on lower-tier plans. The platform’s depth is impressive, but it can feel slightly limited in terms of sophisticated project management capabilities without investing in higher pricing tiers. Support for the desktop app version could be better too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, reducing workload relating to maual tasks via automations.
