Monday is a great workplace platform!
What do you like best about the product?
There is so much to do on Monday. I enjoy how detailed and organized I can get with my tasks, upcoming events, and overall projects. Being able to color code and specify other characteristics to my projects helps me find them easier and faster. Also, I enjoy the feature that allows me to add notes where I use by including project updates with pictures and links.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Monday would be how long it took me to actually get accustomed to the platform. Since there's a lot to do and there's so much going on at first glance, it can a bit overwhelming but the tutorials help and you just need to dedicate some time to play around with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us keep track of our grants and the upcoming dates, as well as when reports are due. This helps us stay organized and on top of our work.
Monday organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to house information and documents all in one place. For me the organizational piece is amazing and the main reason I love using Monday. I like being able to make forms and then have that information housed all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the difficulty of making the boards and automations sometimes. And not knowing exactly what one automation is doing to that board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep organized and manage different accounts.
I don’t know how I worked before!
What do you like best about the product?
As a project manager, Monday.com has become a critical tool to keep our teams workflow moving and everyone informed. I don’t even know how I managed before utilizing Monday.com and I can’t imagine my life without it. The ability to build multiple boards and automate workflows has kept us all on task and updated on the status of any given project at all times. Highly recommend for any project managers or people with teams that intertwine on multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting all coworkers to be involved and actively updating Monday.com is my only challenge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping all team members informed on the status of multiple projects at once, preventing things from slipping through the cracks and keeping us on time
Game changer for our small business
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com Work Management has been a game changer for our small business. We are able to use it to communicate back and forth between our office and our field personnel instantly. We save time which saves money by not having to go over the same notes over and over. Keeping track of everything in one place helps to make sure the important stuff doesn't fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor improvements that would make Monday Work Management work better for us but overall it's pretty great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us make sure that jobs don't fall through the cracks and get forgotten. It keeps everyone on the same page.
Easy to use, extremely modular, AI is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Monday across multiple roles at different companies, it's always been easy to manage and modify. One of the most important features is being able to share the read only versions of Monday boards to share with customers, especially being able to present what we're doing for our customers

Honestly there isn't much not to like about Monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solves customer management of product/project deployments and being able to show our customers clearly what we're working on and who owns what from our side and the customer side
Monday is very easy to use and is a great management tool for tracking

the least helpful is the messaging system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is our tracking system and helpful with PO's that are late in shipment and keeping track.
Workflow Management made easy Project tracking and CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and customization options that I have setting up boards and tracking projects and customers. We use in everyday operations. Customer support has been very helpful when we were implementing as well as when we have had questions about upgrades. We have been using this for about 3 years. They are on top of updates and improvements to meet our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limits with the automations that I have encountered. I would love to see an interface or way to connect with quickbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads, estimate status, and project management. We use this daily and not sure how we progressed without it.
Monday.com is tool that is necessary to keep me and my team organized
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about monday Work Management is that it is so user-friendly and easy to use. I am able to make updates and changes quickly. I am also able to communicate with my teammates with this app. I recommend that this tool be used for all projects. I use monday Work Management daily along with my Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about monday Work Management at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management allows me to enter data, contact information that the entire team has access to and can also make updates to. We also use to upload transcripts for each of our projects we are working on.
Seamless, easy to use and adaptable to every use
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how it's so easy to use and adapt to every use case. From basic follow up Project Management tasks to complex processes integrating multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing makes it sometime diffcult to obtain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We achieved transparency and clarity every step of the way.
Flexible and User-Friendly Design
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Monday Work Management lets you track different categories and sub-items across multiple boards, with the ability to assign team members, set priorities, share updates, and leave comments. We've been using it to manage our company pipeline for a few years, and it's been great—especially when it comes to onboarding new team members quickly. There’s a ton of customization available if you’re willing to spend a little time setting it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t love that they don’t provide a software engineer or onboarding specialist to help get everything set up at the beginning. While it’s probably easy for them, it’s not always straightforward for the average user. Also, the notifications can get a bit overwhelming at times—but luckily, that part is customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping us manage a centralized CRM where we can keep track of a wide range of items and seamlessly integrate that with our email communication. The ability to share updates and collaborate with others on the team in real-time has been a big benefit.
