I like working on Monday
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, fast and accesible. It helps me see what my group is doing but also what I need to do
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would integrate some AI to. make some tedious tasks easier and also some functions like selecting certain this, change names for subitems in fewer click, being able to organize subitems in an easier way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of what needs to be done and what is already done

It's very simple and straightforward, I never feel like I could ruin anything by clicking anything

It doesn't have the time tracking capabilities I need out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes my projects and can be used by users of all levels
Agencies Need Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing agency I work for uses this tool every day. I love how I can get a good overview of all the projects happening, who's assigned to the projects, what the updates are, and what the timelines/deadlines are all at a glance. You can also dig deeper to determine individual contributor timelines get an idea of workloads. It's also really easy to implement with our Slack so we get real time notifications when project updates are made in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the features, like loading a PDF or attachment, gets really slow or it doesn't load. The platform tends to go down once a month, but only for about an hour or so before its resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of projects on the go at the same time, and it's hard to know where everything is at any given point. It's a great tool to see all the projects we have and keep track of updates. A lot of times thigns can get lost in emails, but with Monday, its very transparent and everyone can see the updates. We also use it to collaborate with our clients when we add them as guests. It's great visibility into projects as well for them.
Monday.com helps boost my productivity and keeps my work organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Helps prioritize tasks, integrate with different apps and aspects of a project, and communicate with team members across departments. I use monday.com on a daily basis to track projects and manage tasks, as well as create my own to-do lists so I can prioritize the work that I need to do during the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if monday.com would have an AI chatbot that users can ask questions to and learn new features of the platform. For example, if I want to learn how to create recurrent tasks and connect those across boards, it would be nice to have an AI help me navigate that. I would guess that would be some sort of customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been key in our organization to track and manage the large amount of project that we have. It has been key to know exactly where each project stands and what tasks need to be completed in a given day/week. It has also facilitated communication and task-assignment across departments, which is crucial in a large organization where several departments collaborate in projects.
Great for organization in my IT Support Specialist and Facilities roll.
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many benefits: handling team tasks, self-note taking, being easy to convert to a Word doc, and most of all, being very easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to research apps to improve any of the processes that I might need to improve my productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep in on track and provides me with my creation of material I need for reporting and accomplishing tasks.
Great way to get organized
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple teams with different workloads that intersect and monday allows each team to work independently on their tasks but also collaborate and join forces on the pieces that they need to. This has been a great tool in getting our team organized and on track to meeting deadlines. We really like the layout visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't make sense for businesses to add 10 seats at a time. I really wish the system would allow 12 or 13 users instead of needing to upgrade to 20 users. It doesn't make sense for us and I'm sure it doesn't make sense for a lot of medium size businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks inside of a project and collaborative work amongst teams
Superb work and project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves working with Monday because it is fully customizable and very straightforward, easy to use platform. The section that is very helpful for my work tasks is the ability to upload files and add links and notes and collaborating with the rest of the team on specific items.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a rabbit hole for someone who is anal in task personalization, sectioning etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of collaborating with the team on projects and tasks that involve the whole members of the team.
Monday Used for transformation and operations of 8 department - in the ExCom of a listed company
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to have an overview a huge quantity of of projects (more than 40 at the moment, with more than 500 action items), with live data and the ability to drill down on any painpoint / blocker. this also allows teams to collaborate much more effectively. The solution has been really well accepted even in very "non tech friendly" population :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Imprecision on charts : there are mistakes in consolidated data (% of progression cumulated of 500 items is "glitchy").
The limited capability in terms of charts customization (impossible to change charts font / size / text position...) --> this could turn monday.com into a ppt killer and boost its value added / ROI.
Managed templates are a beatiful promise but we cannot convert existing boards into these, meaning we should rebuild our portfolio from scratch... So we dont use them...

Managing a large quantity of data, ensuring we have full visibility on both operations (countries heatmaps) and transformations (projects status)

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Monday.com for two of our businesses now. It keeps our employees informed, organized, and our processes streamlined. It is so versatile, and easy to apply to any type of business and industry. New employees find it very easy to use. It takes a lot of the "guess work" out of our employee's daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything I dislike about the Work Management.

Organization of information, autonomations, and streamlining processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday.com lets me connect with different services and stay plugged in all at once. It keeps everything—from communication to file sharing—in one place, which makes collaboration seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s frustrating that keywords in task comments aren’t searchable. Important details can get buried, making it harder to find information quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of all my tasks and stay focused. Since it integrates easily with Google Workspace, it’s much easier to manage documents, emails, and schedules all in one place. It keeps everything connected and organized.
