A world of project management
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things you can do within monday that help streamline project management. Premade boards to fulfill many of the usual suspects, but also the ability to build boards from the ground up to fulfill your organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it gets easier over time, it is easy to get overwhelmed by the options available, and find yourself second guessing how to structure a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday makes it easier to keep everyone involved in a given project on the same page, with the ability to update a project and add files, pinging the next in line to know they're up.

Monday is a versatile tool helping our business scheduling needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am only a final user, and not the manager of the tool, I really don't find anything that upsets me.
I cannot a find a way to love this product, though. Having managed huge projects in the past on other platforms, I find the experience with Monday less attractive.

Great Potential Unlocked!
What do you like best about the product?
At first glance, it is easy on the eyes, I find the interface, easy to use, and dare I say, fun?
I really love all the potential that is built in - If you use your imagination, you can really see things becoming so much more beautiful, structured, organized, quantized, analyzed...
The developers are very forward thinking and I love the new AI tools - Amazing! There really is so much potential built in, you just need to unlock it and get your team onboard!

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit, tricky, to get it to do what you want at first - I admit when I first started using it, doing something I considered to be relatively simple - Became a bit of a confused gymnastics routine.
The tools are all there, it's just a matter of using them optimally, which has a higher learning curve than I originally anticipated. Admin users should be fairly well versed in the functionality and train their team accordingly - Or just give them small things that they can do, at first, until they become more comfortable. Also some bulk tools updating tools are either lacking, or in some cases, need to be added as extensions/apps. Overall I'd say, measure twice, cut once / Decide your goals/workflow etc. before you build something crazy - You want to do things in the most scalable, optimal way, the first time, of course - And I would argue that when you first start using the software, it can be easy to do things in a less sophisticated way, that doesn't allow for all the cool sophisticated stuff - Bit of a learning curve!

It's helping us stay organized and is more, sleek & sexy, than spreadsheets - It also has cool built in functionality, like the new AI columns, for instance.
It became so much more than I originally intended!
What do you like best about the product?
When I was looking for an application to house my spatial data, to visualize the data, and to report on the data, I tried a few different applications. That was when I discovered Monday.com. Not only was it easy to upload mountains of Excel data, but setting up the visualizations and reporting was also easy to learn. Going from several spreadsheets to track data to one application was a dream!
My use of Monday expanded to project management, parking management, access control management, work order management system, security check-in log, maintenance log, vehicle inspection log, on-call management system, staff training log, key management system, and a data centre for manuals, drawings, and specifications. We use it every day in our facilities department.
Anytime I get stuck on something, if the AI cannot provide a solution, the customer support has been amazing!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I wish Monday had was the ability in Forms to link to a data set to pick an item. For instance, in a work order form, if I could pick a room number from a list instead of having to type it in without any link to the asset. This would aid in tracking issues with a specific room or asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us a one-stop-shop for all of our Facilities related data. It seems we can configure it to do whatever we need it to do. And there are continuous advancements coming from Monday to make things even better.
Game changer for our internal communications
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that is layed out as a social media platform keeps the workflow nice and steady.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is usually a new tool for new hires and it needs to have a learning process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communications in between different areas inside our marketing team, also the integrations with google suite are amazing.
Project Management and Support Tracking Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Our small team uses Monday.com for project management, and it’s been an excellent solution for keeping everything organized and on track. The platform is intuitive and flexible, making it easy to manage tasks, timelines, and team collaboration in one place. Beyond project tracking, we also use Monday.com to log and monitor our support data, which has streamlined our processes and improved visibility across the team. It’s a reliable, user-friendly tool that scales well with our needs and keeps our workflows running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Triggers and yearly rollover recurring events are difficult to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking progress on projects - we didn't have anything other than a word or excel doc in the past to track steps in a project.
Organized process management
What do you like best about the product?
In comparison to, for example, Excel from Microsoft, in my opinion, one can work much more clearly. Because it is designed so simply, it is an application for everyone regardless of technical know-how.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback might be that as a user, you cannot immediately anticipate the full potential of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of to-do lists, flow charts, tracking of internal processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management helps me stay on task and organized. It has been a user friendly experience and I love that I can create multiple boards and groups to streamline my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is not having a feature for one on one chatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my purchase orders and the delivery, so I can Bill efficiently and on time.

Anyone can learn very quickly how Monday works. It's a strenght.

I don't have any criticism. I'm very satisfied.

Monday, is affordable, easy to implement, and navigate on a daily basis.

The only con I can think of is that I have to use one of my 'users' when extending access to clients. There may be a different way to do this but I am not aware of it.

Monday serves as my portfolio dashboard to help me see all of the work we have in one space and it also creates a way to communicate to clients where we are in their work in real time
