You dont need another software
What do you like best about the product?
it is user-friendly, I am able to create a regular board or a GANTT one if I please.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still doesnt sync with Salesforce CRM tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track all my teams tasks, provide a quick glance of what is going on w/ projects & easy to use for non-users

I enjoy the ability to track statuses and customizing columns to fit board needs.

The limits to share all boards into a master board.

Great Account Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to organize and focus my leads and account management which otherwise would end up lost or on loose-leaf paper. I can now focus my work more efficiently and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have no issues with the platform.

In our business we need to keep notes on all leads and give access to all staff all this information. This platform allows us not only to communicate with each other without spamming our inboxes but also allows us to organize and strategize our business leads.

I’ve been using Monday.com for project management for over a year, and it’s become an essential part of how I stay organized and on track. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to mark projects as complete and make quick notes on tasks—everything feels intuitive and user-friendly. It’s also a great place to keep all project information centralized, so nothing falls through the cracks.
While I haven’t run into any major issues or areas that need improvement, I’m sure more advanced users might find room for customization or integration tweaks. For my needs, though, it works really well.
I would definitely recommend Monday.com to anyone looking for a reliable and straightforward project management tool. It keeps things clear, organized, and moving forward.

Monday has helped us streamline our processes and keep all of our work and project information in one place. It gives everyone access to our projects and any documentation.

I like the customizable boards and automations. I use it often for my organization al tasks.

Bulk entry is a little tough and sometimes the boards can feel slow, as well as automations not triggering all the time.

It allows us to assign, track, and prioritize work efficiently, ensuring everyone knows what they need to do and when. This structure improves accountability and keeps projects moving forward smoothly.
Solid Program that suits our needs
What do you like best about the product?
It has a basic layout which makes it easy to use and manage our daily tasks.

I really cannot think of any. The program does everything we need it to.

There isn’t much I dislike about Monday!! I only wish they had an even smaller package for solo business owners.

When I started Monday, I was drowning in my to do lists. Monday helped me get everything organized so that nothing falls through the cracks anymore!

Portfolio product still has a bunch of bugs and our support folks dont seem to know how to help their clients to the extent that is needed and seem to be lacking in product knowledge.

Monday is helping us with project management and the IT portion of on/offboarding employees.

I love the it categorizes everything nicely so you only see what you need to when you need to. The search feature is fantastic.

I wish each person viewing could customize their columns.

They give me the ability to organize every job into categories or view them by project manager or stage.
Monday.com, a more efficient CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The beat thing about Monday.com is the ability for everyone at the company to use it at the same time and understand what’s happening. It’s not some secret language that CRM’s have and you need to break the code to decipher what’s going on. I like because it’s simple

I dont like the way it looks. It needs to be eaaier on the eyes. It looks to old school and busy at the same time
