Monday.com Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has one of the most visually intuitive interfaces out there. The color-coded boards, timeline views, and drag-and-drop functionality make it easy to stay organized. You can tailor almost every element to suit your team’s needs — from status columns and date fields to automations and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can get expensive fast, especially for smaller teams or startups. Features like time tracking, advanced automations, or guest access may require higher-tier plans. You also pay per user, so onboarding freelancers or external collaborators can strain the budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication within tasks is smooth — you can tag people, leave updates, attach files, and even integrate with Slack or email. It helps keep conversations in context.
Setting up automations like "when task is marked done, notify X person" can really reduce manual follow-up. They’re fairly easy to configure and cover a good range of triggers and actions.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management contains a lot of built-in features and modules, interfaces with other software and platforms. Exciting experience to work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday WM has got too few options for customising report-layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The bigger issue is the lack of customisation in reporting.
Easy to use and reasonably priced
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is and easy to get started. There are a bunch of templates available to make it easy and so many online resources. You get a lot for what you pay for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything. There are some occasional system downtimes but those are always communicated and cleared up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have about 60 people who work on developing and updating courses on our learning management system. Monday.com helps to track all their work and easily allows for their managers to see where things are. We're a fully remote organization so having a system like Monday.com helps us to stay on track.
Monaday.com is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite things about Monday.com are that it is easy to learn and use, the tracking capabilities are endless, it offers automation that makes my day to day work so much easier and is shareable across my department and company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely have not found anything about Monday.com that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organization, task monitoring. The benefit is streamlined tracking of key data.
Monday.com as a custom operations platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's level of customization for its projects and boards supports our business in filling in the gaps that our other software systems are unable to do. The user interface design is very clean and up to date and navigation is generally self explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we would like to easily pull information from Monday.com to use in other programs (i.e. email, word processor, excel, etc.) and its hard to isolate specific information without using a Monday.com workaround which can add additional time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a system for us to manage some of our recurring and ongoing tasks as well as providing a database for us to keep track of various information that would otherwise be stored on an excel.
Monday is the best Task Management system I have ever seen!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, not complicated, has very attentive and fast support which for me was already enough, but it also delivers various functionalities, without a doubt it is a complete system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the option to make sub-elements within sub-elements. This is only possible with the element of a frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process management and Team management.
Experience has been very good. System is very user friendly and intuitive.

Most helpful is flexibility and ease of navigation through boards/tasks. It is pretty well self explanitory for the team
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if this should necessarily be a dislike, but rather an area that I do not know a lot about, is integration with other softwares/information to improve efficiencies throughout workday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to plan and record open tasks whether in process or not. Also ability to look up completed history with hours spent for quoting.
Great Site
What do you like best about the product?
There are very rarely any crashes. I haven't experienced any real issues in the year I have been using this system. It was my first ever work management site that I used, I have found it extremely user friendly. I learned how to navigate it very quickly and it is very efficient. The ease of implantation is great. The ease of integration is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed any real downsides. Every once in a while there is an automation that doesn't go through immediately. But that is easy to work through and correct. I use it constantly all day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating work management flow. It organizes every aspect of our business. It is integral for my day to day at my job. It benefits me constantly.
Great Platform That I=is Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management is easy to use and easy to understand. Learning the platform was easy and there are constantly new updates and features that better the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations can be a little tricky to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time tracking for projects, both long-term and short-term.

It enables efficient management of assets and products. Helps teams effectively update and share information with other teams.

When you have a lot of items in a board, it slows down. Sometimes connecting boards can get messy and you don’t have granular access to titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single pane of glass for teams and sharing with external teams as well.
