A good way to control the workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows us to monitor workflows and ensure they’re functioning properly. It also solved an old problem we had with losing service records before signing up for the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is weird, why do i need to buy 5 users at a time? why can't i just buy one user when i need it?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like mentioned before, Monday helps us to keep records services done in the past

Best-in-class project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly? What I like best about Monday.com is that everyone I share it with loves Monday.com. Aside from the fact that my team uses it as our daily project management tool, I also use Monday to onboard new hires starting with a template I've already built and then customizing it to the person. Nearly person I've onboarded has just gushed over its ease of use and visually pleasing UI. We use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday is that it's not cheaper and more versatile of a tool. At a time when our organization is slashing operating costs, we are being forced to use tools that cover lots of bases (e.g. knowledge base + project management + onboarding). Those of us who use Monday are extremely disappointed as nothing else compares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and organization of work is by far our greatest benefit as a Revenue Enablement team. When we can house all of our projects, daily tasks, brainstorming docs, onboarding pathways, new hire onboarding plans, coaching plans, rubrics, and RKO/event plans in one place, it saves us so much time and confusion as we don't have to bounce from one platform to another. I'm sure I'm leaving something out of that list, too!

Great for Team Collaboration – Slightly Clumsy on Mobile

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday.com for a few years now, and it's become a central part of how our team stays organised. The interface is clean, highly customizable, and surprisingly fun to use. We’ve been able to streamline project management, track tasks efficiently, and keep everyone on the same page without drowning in email threads.

The desktop experience is fantastic – creating boards, automations, and dashboards is intuitive, and the flexibility it offers really stands out compared to other tools we’ve tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version I find a bit hard to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using it, our team was juggling between emails, spreadsheets, and endless meetings just to stay updated on who’s doing what. Now, tasks, deadlines, and progress are all clearly visible and easy to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates very well with the entire Google platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure for subtasks is very limited and creates difficulty when organizing a project; it has trouble updating the calendar with linked activities. In this regard, you could evaluate the functionality of Smart Sheet, which is quite superior for that and more open regarding collaborator licenses. This latter aspect makes Monday very limited and requires many licenses to operate in an organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mentioned it before, it has problems generating sub-tasks, only one level and with difficulties in the concordance between levels. Additionally, there are licensing issues since collaborators without a license cannot access it. I believe the Smart Sheet model is far superior in both aspects.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s extremely simple to adopt and so intuitive to use, but also, and more importantly, it seamlessly connects our relatively lean marketing team with our projects, our processes and our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe it is a downside, but we are switching to HubSpot as our CRM and we will need to somehow reconcile what we do in Monday.com with the broader company wide platform of HubSpot. I hope we can tie these together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient project management. We work twice as effectively as a team thanks to Monday.com, and we even use it as our hub for our weekly marketing project meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly easy to use, even for teams with little technical experience. The interface is intuitive, and it offers great integration with other tools we use daily, which makes workflow automation seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com is powerful, some features—like advanced reporting or time tracking—require higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Additionally, as boards get more complex, they can become harder to navigate or manage without regular clean-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps provide clear visibility into my work and progress, which is especially valuable given the limited day-to-day oversight I receive. It allows me to keep shareholders and stakeholders informed in real-time, reducing surprises and building confidence when results are reviewed more critically.

Great tool for keeping your team aligned asynchronously

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday every single day to organize our teams sprints. Monday is easy to use and easy to digest a lot information at a glance. Recording new projects does not feel like a chore, it only take a few clicks. I have a lot of stakeholders who reach out for ad-hoc projects throughout the day, and its great being able to direct them to a Monday intake form so my projects are documented and none of them slip through the cracks. I like being able to scroll through my log of completed projects before annual performance reviews to remind myself of key projects I had completed in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
For an individual contributor, Monday has all the features I need to succeed. I haven't had any issues with the tool yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting projects and their status, roadblocks, stakeholders, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and customizable monday Work Management is. The visual layout makes it easy to track progress, assign tasks, and collaborate with my team in real time. It’s helped us stay organized and meet deadlines more consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the number of features can feel overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes a powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep everything in one place so we’re not constantly chasing updates or digging through emails. It’s way easier to see who’s doing what and stay on top of things without the stress.
