Small Business Must-Have

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has made managing events for our small business so easy. Everything is in one place, organized, and we all have access and can see the status. I was using a simple Excel sheet and it was driving our team crazy because I had to keep sharing it or make sure everyone had a link to it. With Monday, it's just an app and everyone has access to changes and updates. It really has been a life-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more options in terms of charts and analysis. It would also be great for integration with Google and Apple to be made a little more simple (being able to export contacts into my Apple contacts with just a click).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of the information in one place, organized. It also is letting me easily track revenue, types of events, etc. This way, it's easier for me to see where we are generating the most revenue-- which events are best, geographies, etc.

Monday.com Has Helped Transform Our Companies Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities and integrations are endless which has helped us bring all of our 3rd party apps into one central location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it is very complex. Strongly recommend the onboarding program when signing up. I wish their Customer support was more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before monday everything was monitored through emails, excel and in meetings. Now everything is in Monday.com that allows us to track progress, manage projects and give all team members visibility to tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and use. Filtering and Exporting.

Mirror columns unable to break 2 way connection. Unable to sort drop down lists.

Allowing us to easily know which jobs are in awaiting vs what jobs are in production.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to use and helps keep our work organized. The layout is clear, and it’s simple to track tasks and progress. Their customer support is also great — they respond quickly and are very helpful. It’s a great tool for managing projects with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.Everything has been smooth and trouble-free until now.

Monday.com helps us stay organized, track progress easily, and collaborate better as a team. It saves time and keeps everyone on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very user-friendly work programme to use. I do all of my work via monday.com and I send all my emails through monday.com. I love that every email can be tracked, and everything is very easy and organized to find. I also like that when it is a holiday season, the monday.com boards are decorated. The customer support is very helpful and fast to assist. I would recommend anyone to monday.com. Monday.com has made my job much easier to do. I do not have to worry about clients, files, details, emails; everything is on one programme.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love monday.com and honestly do not dislike anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has made my job much easier. I do not run around 100 times a day to get a clients file or to just see the progress of the task. I can find that result on monday.com within seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is extremely easy to use and implement based on your team's needs and structure. It's also very simple to create and add automation within the platform to tackle tasks in a more efficient manner. Support has also been helpful when we are looking for help with out-of-the-box ideas and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more options for integrations with other tools. Those connections would make it easier to streamline other processes within our organizations. Right now most of those are running through a third part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to intake requests from across the organization and put them into a single platform where we can evaluate, track and measure workload across our team.

Easy to use software for project management

What do you like best about the product?
What I really loved about Monday.com was how easy it was to adopt (yes, for a company wide approach we had to do some up front setting up to align with how we operate) but, on a singular level, the user interface was very easy to navigate and felt intuitive even for interns who had never used a project management software before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that some of the core features / apps were inaccessible because they were hidden by paywall. Accessing the things that would make Monday.com perfect for us ended up being very expensive, meaning that we had to do without.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing that Monday has helped us solve is timelining and consistency of the the project steps we're using. It was easy to build out the structure and duplicate it each time we used it.

Excellent Way to Manage your Company Projects

What do you like best about the product?
I was a bit resistant to this tool at first, only because it seemed like another "place" to have to monitor, however, it has turned out to be very valuable. We have several departments at our company, and it is so much more productive to have projects listed in one place, be able to see other projects within the company, and correspond and document updates to your projects. You can upload files, graphs, etc., for our team members to view and again, your project progress is all in one place. It helps to set deadlines so everyone involved knows their part and when it needs to be presented to other members of the project team.
It is easy to set up, and you will receive an email notification when a team member makes a comment or updates the project. We use it for all our company projects on a daily basis.
I would highly recommend Monday for any company that wants to be able to organize and manage their department projects and give transparency to the entire company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any issues or problems with this product since we started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organize thoughts and data about company needs and projects in a much better forum than email.
