Good tool for tracking and sharing information
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a robust project management platform ideal for growing teams that need flexibility, collaboration, and automation in one place.
User-Friendly Interface:
Monday.com stands out with its colorful, drag-and-drop interface. Boards are customizable, easy to navigate, and support various views—calendar, timeline, Kanban, Gantt, etc.—to suit different workflows.
Automation Features:
Its no-code automation is a game-changer. You can automate recurring tasks, notifications, status updates, and more—saving time and reducing errors.

The price has doubled since they went public without doubling their capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us manage work distribution to prevent team members from being overburdened. It also has reduced time spent communicating with our clients as they can check the site to see the status of their requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management every work day - it is very easy to use and set up, it's great for collaboration and it's very intuitive. I'd set up a Project Dashboard which served 2 purposes: 1) project planning & updates, 2) project resource allocation. This was shared with a team of project managers who picked this up and ran with it with relative ease. I was able to create different views using the same board - for our internal Steering Committee, for our external clients, for our internal resourcing discussions, it's great! All using data entered in the same place. I love the automation as well which makes my (and my colleagues') lives a lot easier by automating the creation of repetitive and standard tasks. Also love the monday-Slack integration which simplified updates and made our lives a lot easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes there's a lag when displaying multiple widgets on the same page - performance issue?
2. Need more free widgets, especially in the Dashboard space :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems:
Project managers used to create their own project plans using other utilities and we never had an overall view of all the in play and up and coming projects, and their statuses. We also had a fragmented view of our people resource allocations.
With monday Work Management we were able to create a space where all projects are added and tracked, along with resources allocated for these projects thus providing us with different views of the project data captured. We were also able to standardise the task creation by automating this.

What do you like best about the product?
As an HR professional, I appreciate how Monday.com allows me to centralize all workflows—from recruitment pipelines to onboarding tasks and employee data tracking. Its customizable dashboards and automation features help streamline repetitive HR processes like follow-up reminders, document collection, and approval flows. The visual interface makes it easy to assign tasks, monitor progress, and collaborate with multiple departments, improving team accountability and transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com is highly customizable, some HR-specific features like document storage, e-signatures, and time-off tracking require third-party integrations or workarounds. It can also become overwhelming without a clear structure, especially for teams new to the platform. The learning curve for setting up complex automations or HR-specific boards can be steep without dedicated support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps solve disorganization and lack of visibility in HR workflows. It streamlines processes like hiring, onboarding, task delegation, and compliance tracking by keeping everything in one place. This has improved cross-team communication, reduced manual follow-ups, and made it easier to track progress and deadlines. As a result, HR operations are more efficient, transparent, and scalable—even with a lean team.

The platform can be overwhelming at first due to all the features and customization options.

It reduces the time spent on manual tracking and reporting. Automating task assignments and reminders ensures nothing slips through the cracks, and I can focus more on client interactions.
Excellent Project Management Tool - Easy to build automations = HUGE TIME SAVERS
What do you like best about the product?
We started with Monday.com looking for a project management tool....however it has become so much more than that, the automations available make it easy for any level user to create and find ways to do their own jobs more efficiently saving time all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about it, I remember when we first started using it a few years ago there was functionality like with sub-items/tasks we had wished was available, but Monday.com has since made improvements and all those features are now available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has provided us with a way to manage our curriculum library and for faculty members to submit forms, when they submit forms then emails and notifications can automatically be sent saving a lot of time for our staff.

What do you like best about the product?
"I appreciate how I can improve my workflows—especially in my role as an editorial contributor for a magazine—and track my progress throughout the day. It feels rewarding to move my drafts forward and submit them for editing, even if I am not the one doing the edits myself."
What do you dislike about the product?
"I dislike that some processes—particularly those involving the commercial team—are not automated, which often leads to a breakdown in communication around certain projects."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Monday Work Management helps me streamline content planning and editorial workflows, which is crucial in a fast-paced publishing environment. It allows me to organize tasks by deadline, coordinate with designers and editors, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The visibility it provides into each stage of a project—from ideation to publication—not only keeps me on track but also helps the entire team stay aligned. This level of structure reduces back-and-forth emails and missed updates, ultimately saving time and improving output quality."
Monday has been great in keeping my team organized. It has helped us to streamline a lot.

The most helpful has been in how much our communication on cross departmental projects has been streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes can't find the templates that I would like to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving not knowing or remembering what a spreadsheet was called, who was the former owner of said spreadsheet, etc. It keeps historical information and processes all in one space, which has been a huge help for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is its super easy-to-use interface. It’s very intuitive, even for non-techy users. The ability to customize workflows and integrate with other tools makes everything more organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved in Monday Work Management is the pricing, especially for smaller teams or startups. While the tool offers great features, some of the more advanced functionalities are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be a bit of a stretch for smaller budgets. It would be nice to see more flexibility in the pricing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management with my team to keep tasks organized and well-distributed. It helps us stay on top of deadlines, track progress, and ensure everyone knows their responsibilities. We also use it to collaborate on projects, making communication and task updates much smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps keep our projects and jobs on track. We've used it for everything from current job progression, to how managing interview candidates for job openings. It's a great place to have all of our to-dos in one place and organized. Our employees are all remote, so the benefit of everyone always being on the same page is extremely valuable! We use it all day, everyday, it is part of our company success. The search feature is also great when trying to find a past job or information needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits to the amount of automations we can have in our current plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a photography/videography business with 10+ shoots a day. Some projects are due tomorrow, some are due in 2 weeks. Monday is a great place to keep on track, know due dates, see updates from colleagues, and add notes. It helps keep our company success running smoothly!
Monday is a Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is honestly a life saver. We keep all of our projects (upcoming, and ongoing) in this system. We also make our own to do list to stay organized and also sharable boards to share with customers so they can always be in the know of how their project is coming along.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly. This system does everything we need and more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us stay organized with customer projects but having everything in one spot. No more searching in emails for PDFs, photos, or anything else that may have been sent over. Everything is all in one place.
