What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and visual it is you can limitedly see where you are with the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not fully figured out how to best use the templates functionality.

Great tool for project Management

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is easy to use.
It is also flexible enough that it can be adjusted for different purposes.
There are new features added constantly that are helpful to reduce clicks.
Easy implementation because it's an online platform that can be accessed anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be improved to send recap emails or presentations about different projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to review with my project managers what is the status of the projects or even handover of projects to another project manager.

Visually Engaging Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
Its visual and intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to understand and use, even for complex projects. The ability to customise boards and workflows to fit our needs is a huge advantage, allowing us to tailor the platform to our unique processes. Collaboration features are also excellent, keeping everyone on the same page and enhancing team communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the customisation is a strength, it can sometimes become complex to manage with many boards and automations. Also, the cost can be a significant factor, especially for smaller teams or those with many users, as it can become quite expensive compared to other project management tools. Finally, while generally user-friendly, some of the more advanced features can have a steeper learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps us solve several key problems, primarily around organization, tracking, and collaboration. It provides a central hub for all our projects and tasks, eliminating the need for scattered spreadsheets and endless email chains. This centralized view allows us to easily see the status of every project, identify bottlenecks, and ensure everyone is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.

The visual nature of the boards makes it incredibly easy to understand the progress at a glance, which has greatly improved our ability to proactively manage our workload. The customization options allow us to adapt the platform to our specific workflows, rather than having to adjust our processes to fit a rigid tool.

This has directly benefited us by increasing team transparency and accountability. We've seen a significant improvement in our ability to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively. Communication has also become more streamlined, as discussions and updates are kept within the relevant tasks, reducing the noise and improving clarity. Ultimately, monday.com has helped us become more efficient and productive as a team.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday arrived at our Procurement team to completely change our way of working. Now we are fully digitalized, which allows us to have real-time information, generate management indicators, and therefore more easily implement improvement action plans.
No need to pay someone external for the implementation, with the tutorials and having basic technological knowledge, it can be achieved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI function has not yet been implemented in our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now, everything is working well.

Easy to use, extremely helpful for organization and prioritization of tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I love to work step by step, which is why this program works for me. I am able to track tasks, label them, and draw visual attention to any priorities. I love being able to work in categories and also tag my colleagues on collaborative tasks. This tool really helps my organization when working on multiple projects for an array of clients.
I use this tool daily to track my progress, and this tool has seamlessly integrated into my schedule for daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the email notification settings a bit tricky. I have had some issues with too many and some being missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I have 30+ clients I work marketing management for, this tool allows me to organize each of the various tasks per client. I am able to be notified monthly of specific priorities, and track my progress across various projects. Having the visibility to showcase and see where I am in a current project and where my teammates are is an asset.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is pretty intuitive to use for basic project tracking functionality. It also has integrations with Make.com and other similar vendors to help increase automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm often frustrated by a few missing dashboard items. I should probably just be pushing the Monday.com data to another dashboard platform. I can get about 90% of the reporting I'd like though. I also am unsure of where to go when I can't figure out situation specific needs or questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us track a variety of internal projects, including attributes, duration, and assignments.

Perfect for Managing Multiple Large Projects

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to manage multiple large projects at once whilst using the amazing automation tool to send updates once certain milestones within each project have been reached.
With all the customization options I feel it has helped me develop my project management skills alongside managing the boards
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of our users can get overwhelmed if we have made a more complicated board however we appreciate this may be user error as opposed to Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to effectively manage the projects my work undertakes which have many items (100+) to successfully integrate the projects. With projects with many items going on at the same time it is nigh on impossible to remember the status of all ongoing items without some work management tool. Monday.com has solved this problem and allows me to quickly check on the status of projects when needing to provide urgent updates to stakeholders
