Great organizational tool to increase productivity at minimal cost.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to utilize the organizational aspects on both the website and the app seamlessly is my favorite feature. Customer support is great but rarely needed because the help documents and community are very helpful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I currently see is the ability to really customize workflows how I want. However, this can be managed through the API they use. It's just not as user friendly and requires some background in coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large complex area we service with multiple coordinators, project managers, and sub contractors. The ability to have all of these people collaborating within a project and all information being saved in the project allows project management, billing, quality control, and materials management more efficient.
Makes project management a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used several systems for project management, including robust systems like Asana and Trello and less robust ones like Microsoft Planner, and I highly recommend Monday.com for the system features, ease of use and customization ability. The system is fairly intuitive, easy to customize for your needs (an example, is our company started off using Boards for individual projects but then switched to using Boards for different departments and having the Groups be project specific), integrates with many other external platforms and replaces internal email with colleagues. One of the features I love is being able to Bcc an email to a thread in Monday.com, so that you and other project team members can track external progress. I also love the ability to make a Board private, so only certain folks have access. Finally, Monday.com has proven to be proactive in system updates and has a great customer service team. We use this system daily and it's the primary system for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscribe, automation and tagging functions collectively can create an unmanageable amount of notifications, emails, inbox items, etc. To keep this under control, I recommend turning off email notifications (the system has a notifications area that serves the same purpose) having a policy limiting how the subscribe function is used, limit to 1-2 people who control automations, and having an SOP for use, specifically calling out who/what/where/when/why/how of tagging other users and how that works with status button changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a structured approach with Monday.com to organizing, planning, tracking, and completing work. All of this improves efficiency and productivity across teams and projects. The systems makes task assignment, progress tracking, and resource allocation a breeze, ensuring that work aligns with our organization goals. The MyWork function of Monday.com helps employees and their supervisors to manage workload and priorities and to anticipate future workload and timelines. The Gantt Chart function in Boards also allows for identifying bottle necks. There is a lot to the system that I don't think we've uncovered, around AI, automations and integration, but we're diving int that after using the system for nearly 6 years.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only minor complaint is that a few integrations haven’t worked as expected. Quite honestly, this may be due to user error in some cases or simply an ill-suited use case in others.

Fragmented workflows by centralizing tasks in customizable boards
Lack of visibility with real-time updates, automations, and notifications

Easy for organizing requests
What do you like best about the product?
I work at the design department and I think Monday is a great tool to organize all the design requests and projects that our marketing team send to us.
I like the way the columns help us to be organized with our marketing team and measure our project progress and our personal work time every day of the week. The interface is to easy to use, all the colored tabs makes us easy to find some materials using the different categories in it.
One of the best features is to filter by name, by requester, date, category, work time because we have a lot of requests everyday so it´s easier for us to find specific requests.
Another great future for use is workload section because our boss can measure us the workload to see if we are accomplishing our week tasks or if we overwork, that help us to make a better balance at work.
Also I recommend it at my past job because they used only email and it was so confusing to find the materials, give follow up, and reply to us the final approval. Also another job I had, had slack that it was not bad, but it wasn't the best tool for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that when we create a new board, we have to duplicate manually all the columns and the columns content, I didn't find a way to duplicate on their own.
I use it everyday and have a lot of tickets (requests) in the platform, but sometimes when I want to search for some specific material, the search bar only search for the title of the request or ticket. I would like to have a search bar for searching specific words inside the tickets, applying also to file's name, this would make easier to find old tickets that I previously upload my work to reuse it when I needed to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us tu organize all our projects and requests, and makes easier for us to share and watch better all our files because Monday keep all our files in one place makes it easier for us to search for them when we need to. Is very easy to use the website and the smartphone app because I can reply wherever I want and follow up the requests of our clients.
Very practical and intuitive for projects and to-do management
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface - my personal assistant and I bring it up weekly to go over tasks, client development, and special projects for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always super clear when it comes time to start a new category of work. We don't do that often so it becomes a trial and error exercise each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one place - active clients, prospective clients, project work, coaching clients, and general running to-do list
Best app to organize
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about monday Work Management is how visually organized and customizable everything is. The platform makes it super easy to manage multiple projects at once without feeling overwhelmed. I love how I can tailor boards to exactly what I need, whether it's tracking move-ins, maintenance requests, or lease renewals. The color coding, status updates, and automations help me stay on top of things without constantly checking in. Plus, the collaboration features are great — everyone can see updates in real time, so there's no confusion about who’s doing what.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that some features feel a bit hidden or take a while to figure out if you're new to the platform. It’s super flexible, which is great, but that also means there’s a learning curve. Sometimes I find myself clicking around trying to find the right view or automation setting. Also, when you start adding a lot of boards and columns, it can get a little cluttered if you don’t stay on top of organizing things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps solve the problem of scattered communication and task tracking. Before, we’d rely on emails, sticky notes, and memory to keep track of move-ins, lease updates, and maintenance follow-ups — and things would occasionally get missed. Now, everything is in one place and easy to visualize, which saves time and reduces stress. I can quickly see what’s been done, what’s pending, and who’s responsible for each task. It’s also helped improve team accountability and workflow, since everyone knows their role and deadlines. Overall, it’s made property management a lot smoother and more efficient for me.
