Freedom to create solutions

What do you like best about the product?
The freedom to create different boards and solve basically every single management challenge we face using boards and automations.

Its pretty easy to integrate with other tools and offers a pretty good costumer support when we can´t find the answers ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we face some instabillities in the platform, wich may causa issues in the workflow, like automations that doesn´t work the way they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we solved with monday is workflow management and workload management. Now we can track almost every single task done in the organization and qe can measure our workforce more precisely.

Making It Easy To Stay Organized

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday.com is the ability it grants me to stay organized. Things are constantly being thrown my way, and having a system where I can organize my tasks and stay on track is paramount. I also love the visibility of collaborative projects. I don't have to worry about bothering my colleagues. I can view shared updates at my leisure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to receive more hands-on training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping me stay on target with intended deadlines for individual tasks and projects. I don't have the stress of memorizing everything or crowding my email calendar with things on my to-do list.

I utilized it to create a Training Request Form for my department, which also helps us keep track of our requests on our Monday Board. My leadership also has visibility into my department's training board if they want to see what we have been up to.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is always growing, and we can manage our full business using the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I need a lot of columns and manual automation in order to create a simple formula.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have a full visual all all the tasks coming into the business.

What do you like best about the product?
With the paid version, this is useful - for a company or group. Annual payments are discounted. All in all, I would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Best features require payment - can only purchase in segments of 5 though. Also, features can be discontinued at any time with request for customer feedback AFTER the fact, instead of before. Seems pointless at that point, personally. Definitely a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination of larger projects between different departments which may not otherwise communicate on a regular basis. Also, allowing upper management to keep an eye on high risk tasks without having to continually remember to follow up on those responsible.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is super intuitive to use. Rolling it out to the team was simple and we are using this to help keep the team on track. The automations feature is also immensely useful and integrates with Slack in a helpful manner. I love the different ways Monday.com allows data to be displayed and analysed
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited number of automations and updating info back out in our software/Hubspot

Monday.com is helping us track project progress better and get an overview of information quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Their service allows us to manage key accounts, trade shows, new product development and sales programs. Keeps all stakeholders up to date and on task. Simple to use, tracking is gtreat and has and excellent app for your iPhone or iPad .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really jumps out except integration into NetSuites would be helpful.. The app does what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have not had any issues except maybe the occasional app being down but it comes back online quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses monday daily to manage web tasks including content creation, design and translations. It's incredibly easy to use and allows us to keep everyone in the loop and things moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about the tool right now.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interactice boards, places to keep updated notes.
Using Monday is easy and intergrates with othe app easly.
I use Monday daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that if I change a board on my account it will change the same board for my peer. I would like to change/update my board without it effecting others

Keeping documents in one place.

Some features do not have the desired flexibility to apply our needs. Subelements, for example, have many fewer resources than elements

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has become an active part of our daily work cycle. It's modular built enables us to manage each project uniquly, which brings many benefits to our developers, testers and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve at first is a little steep to get your setup perfect but after that you'll be off and away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a solo business owner it is hard to know everything at any given time. Monday has provided us with an easy to use interface to keep me on top of our current projects.
