Monday is one of the main tools in my work for good and for bad
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, how I can organize my work in relevant groups in a board, and share the updates with relevant SH.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting and filtering - I think you should add excluding filters, and removing filtering quicker. It's not easy to use
I think you should allow sorting per group - I sometimes need to sort differently per group
Automations - you should use AI to suggest obvious automations like moving a task that the status changed to done to a done group
The email notifications - the order is not easy to understand, and I use the email a lot to understand what's going on, you should put at the top the most recent update
notifications - how I work is that I gather a lot of notifications and then I go handling them one by one, and sometimes I'm taking care of something and I don't know where I stopped. you should help me with that (don't know how)

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and intuitive the interface is. The automation is super easy to use and makes things a lot more efficient. They’ve definitely made my day-to-day work smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a lot of room for improvement when it comes to automation. It would be great to have more depth and flexibility. Also, a smoother way to create two-way connections between boards—something more advanced than basic mirroring—would be a game changer. Being able to update cells and data in both directions through automation would be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management gives us a clear, high-level view of all projects and tasks across the different teams in our department. It’s helped us optimize workflows and make sure everyone stays aligned and on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
intuitive interface, customisable workflows, visual boards, and automation capabilities. Really like the template options as well.

Setting tasks reminders could be more customisable. Team capacity sometimes isn't well tracked and balanced.

Team project management and day to day capacity. Prioritising tasks and helping us stay up to speed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the platform is to use, and its customizable, we built a workflow for our staffing agency that we do a majority of our processes out of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the lack of integrations applicable with our business.

It solves our dispatch process and links employees to a board before we send them out to a job.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and the way it can easily morph into any project at hand. It is a smart design and I can’t wait to see what improvements and new opportunities can be created from this base model.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get moving. When I really busy at work, I like to move very fast so the .0009 nano seconds it takes to load a stamp seems like eternity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a variety of boards & layouts that you can create, as this allows all areas of our business to cohesively exist on one platform. This makes day-to-day operations a breeze as you're not hopping in and out of multiple platforms to accomplish simple tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer number of features and size of some of our boards, MDC can become extremely slow & laggy. Sometimes, the web application works quicker than the desktop applications. Recently, an update that requires you to manually open and close the side bar that allows you to access different boards has become very annoying. In the past, it would automatically open and close as you hover over the left side of the application, however, this feature seems to have been taken away.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Monday Work Management is how easy it is to use and customize. I’ve worked on a lot of different projects, and being able to adapt the platform to fit exactly what I need—whether it’s tracking tasks, deadlines, or team progress—makes such a difference. It’s super visual and clear, and I love that everything’s in one place. Plus, the automations and integrations save so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike, but if I had to pick something, I’d say that sometimes the number of features can be a bit overwhelming at first—especially for someone new to the platform. It takes a bit of time to figure out how to fully optimize everything. But once you get the hang of it, it becomes a really powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management really helps solve the problem of scattered communication and disorganized workflows. Instead of juggling emails, chats, and different spreadsheets, everything is in one place. It’s made it so much easier for me to stay on top of tasks, collaborate with teammates, and actually see the progress we’re making. It’s especially helpful when I’m handling multiple projects at once—I don’t feel overwhelmed because it keeps everything structured and clear.

Great for Gantt and TO-DO Team Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the flexibility and visual clarity of the platform. The Gantt and Kanban views are especially useful for managing complex projects they help me easily track deadlines, assign responsibilities, and keep the team aligned. The user interface is intuitive, which makes collaboration across departments more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, some advanced features especially around automation and custom integrations could be more userfriendly or better documented. Occasionally, managing dependencies in the Gantt chart can be a bit cumbersome, especially in larger projects

monday Work Management is helping me organize and visualize project workflows more efficiently, especially through the use of Gantt charts and Kanban boards. It solves the problem of scattered tasks and misaligned timelines by centralizing information in a way that’s easy to understand and act on. This has improved my team’s coordination, reduced delays, and allowed for better time management across different phases of each project.
