I love this tool, it can do almost anything!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of Monday.com. I enjoy the low/no code technology which just makes everything so easy to use. If something isn't working or doesn't make sense, you can change it up in seconds without a problem.
Anyone who I've shown Monday.com in action has become s immediately hooked. It's my go-to for almost anything in my role.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the 3rd party functions require additional funding. I think we're paying enough for the tool, so I'd prefer if these were available without additional costs. Also, Monday needs to update it's ability to perform bulk uploads (perhaps there has been a change to this recently but I'm not aware of any).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to create a very simple and easy to use, yet fully functional client account management tool (CSM). This is something that is crucial to our business, and as a global firm, creating a local tool is not always achievable.

What I love most about monday Work Management is how it brings clarity, structure, and joy to our daily work routines. As a business user managing multiple complex projects, I appreciate the intuitive interface, customizable workflows, and automation features that save us hours every week. The visual dashboards are not only beautiful but also functional—making it easy to track progress, spot bottlenecks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Make work seamlessly and make collaboration across departments feel effortless. monday.com is more than just a work management tool—it’s become the digital heartbeat of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
While overall fantastic, one small area of improvement would be the mobile app performance with large dashboards—it can lag a bit with heavy boards. Also, some of the more advanced features require a learning curve, which could be eased with more integrated micro-tutorials or guided onboarding directly within the tool. That said, these are minor in comparison to the massive value monday delivers daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management solves several critical challenges for us—mainly the lack of transparency, alignment, and efficiency across teams. Before implementing monday, we struggled with scattered information, unclear responsibilities, and delays in communication. Now, every project, task, and deadline is centralized, visual, and easy to manage. It has drastically improved our cross-functional collaboration, reduced manual follow-ups, and increased accountability across the board. The ability to automate recurring tasks and set up real-time notifications ensures that nothing gets lost, and our team stays proactive rather than reactive. As a result, we’ve seen a measurable boost in productivity and team morale.
Very easy to use and set up
What do you like best about the product?
Monday's is very simple to set and use and even easier to move data around the sheet. It's add-on's are invaluable to me particularly the maps function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot really, the menu system can be confusing as you need to search through several '...' menus to find what you want but other than that it is a really useful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I plan multiple events across the country, so being able to see all of them and being able to use the map functionality really helps to plan.

It can feel overwhelming at first due to the number of features and customization options. There's a learning curve for new users, and some advanced functions require time to fully understand or may need higher-tier plans to access

Helps solve the problem of disorganized workflows and lack of visibility across teams. By centralizing task management, timelines, and collaboration in one platform, it keeps everyone aligned and accountable. This has significantly improved team communication, reduced delays, and made project tracking much more efficient for us
Multi-Taskers Dream!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizable functionality, and ability to have access to multiple boards to switch between at any given moment. I use Monday everyday to get out billing, follow up on AR, and create tasks for my team. Every line of business in our work flow has a board that can tie in with the other lines of business. This helps to make for a more cohesive workspace (even not being in the same space) Also would like to point out that we have minimal hiccups with our Monday software, and when we do, they are easily fixed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though Monday is very customizable, there are certain things that we create due to Monday limitations. Hoping they will be available in the future.

Creating a smoother, more cohesive work environment and it allows us to run reports and projections for expected revenue, and pull analytics on everything we need to continue to create smarter work functions

What I don't like about monday Work Management is that, although the platform offers a wide variety of functionalities, there is no centralized, clear, and updated place where all of them can be consulted, organized by category, type of functionality, description, and use cases. This makes it difficult to have a global view of everything that can be done with the tool, especially for new users or administrators who are looking to make the most of the platform without having to explore it in a fragmented way or rely solely on trial and error or technical support.

This program has completely changed how my company manages projects and Project Managers. It started with only two of using the program and once the rest of the team how efficiently we were working they all jumped on, one by one.
This has allowed our team to streamline tasks, manage multiple projects at a variety of stages, estimating and bid turnovers, plus document tracking.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is its current limitation in other forms, templates, boards, that would be beneficial to other aspects of work management that I currently believe could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the tracking of multiple projects and tasks associated with such projects. We are able to all manage ever aspect of our different construction projects from document tracking to punch lists.
Modern and Fun Organization
What do you like best about the product?
It is a modern and fun way to track any and everything! It’s basically a spreadsheet, but in “fun” form. This makes things very efficient and easy to collaborate on. I have had to use customer support a handful of times and they’re always helpful. The template center and articles provide ideas for your business and we use monday Work Management everyday to manage our business!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the monday Work Management phone application. It glitches occasionally and does not update consistently. It is also missing a couple of features, like being able to archive a board. Checklists within updates are wonky, too.

Keeping track of entire workflows so that nothing falls through the cracks.
