That it syncs across all team members and there is ease of use across the board

What do you like best about the product?
The useful automatizations, the different views, and the collaboration between users make it easy to involve other team members.
It also works to keep a history of files shared.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a problem, but a wider variety of templates would be more useful and avoid the need to adapt or create a new one from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to monitor more effectively the task assigned to my team. It also became a check list of the repetitive tasks that are important for finance.

Allows for Maximum Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see what my colleagues are doing with a specific project and if it is not clear, I can ask directly to the team members on the platform without leaving the app and sending an email via another application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is outside the MS365 purview, which I think should have more integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the fragmentation that can happen with understanding what is going on with a specific product.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it is user friendly and helps me stay organized. It helps reduce clutter with written notes and also improves the communication between various colleagues, while tracking in real time and setting expectations accordingly for all who are working on a project together. I also love the notifications via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do appreciate the notifications via email, I do think that some of them can be redundant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe it is helping with project creation being completed quicker.

GREAT for a small business

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com to track clients in my coaching business. It helps me and my virtual assistant be on the same page, as well as track leads and follow-up on clients effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features - I'm still learning about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a Parent Coaching Business online. This helps me track leads and client info from start to finish - and helps me to have clients complete surveys when they start and finish.

What do you like best about the product?
My project management team has been relying on Monday.com to track hundreds of commercial projects for the past 6 years. We love the user interface and searchability of the platform, as well as the ability to make and share updates in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rearranging items can prove to be a minor inconvenience if clicking and dragging is required across multiple rows or columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to track and organize large quantities of projects with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
There are tons of templates to use that make it easy to get started quickly. The automations are wonderful and really help me stay on track with critical tasks and compliance. It's inexpensive, easy to use and quick to implement. Their customer support was super helpful when I did have questions and helped resolve my issue the first time I contacted them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I haven't figured out how is how to provide my supervisor with visibility on all completed and incomplete tasks without notifying them every time. It might be possible, I just haven't figure it out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Monday.com, we were having a difficult time tracking which Onboarding and Offboarding tasks had been completed for which employees. This allowed us to consolidate all of those tasks with visibility in one place. Plus, it's helped prevent issues with missed tasks and important compliant pieces.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly and easy to use monday.com work management is. The UI is friendly and inviting and it makes you comfortable and excited to add colleges' to make everyone's work life easier. The ability to keep everyone on the same page and driving forward with updates makes everyone's lives easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about monday.com is the ease of integrating with other systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday work management is benefiting me by allowing me to track and manage multiple projects at once in the same space. With portfolio management, I'm able to have a high level overview of my projects and drill into any of them as needed. We are able to track our tasks, milestones, deliverables all while internally communicating and also externally communicating with customers all in one place.

Easiest to onboard!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the workflows are extremely customizable, and the interface is easy enough to use that the team was quick to pick it up. I had a much easier time onboarding our studio team into monday than I did with previous PM tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it often lacks the standard project management setups (like being able to select all and link dependencies start-to-finish in the entire timeline, rather than having to go one-by-one).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to centralize communication, document sharing, reviews& approvals, and timelines all in one platform.
