Great visuals and easy for the whole team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy for the whole team not just the project managers. Dashboard and automation is very user friendly and updates and be made with minimal work efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to assign "non users" to tasks for visibility and have the ability for viewer licenses add comments to tasks without needing a full license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to all projects (and their status) within the organization

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is super user-friendly and makes it easy to manage tasks that are left by my colleagues from the previous day. What I use it for is super specific, and being able to modify the subtask and not compromising on the visibility is extremely helpful to me.
Also, sharing boards with 3rd party makes the collaboration super easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't been using Monday to the full extent, hence I can't really say anything negative. We even looked at some competitors but couldn't find a better fit to our needs, it meets them perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to streamline workflow across the teams without delays or pointless communications. When a person from another team receives a request that needs to be forwarded to me, he creates the Monday task with all the necessary information. The moment I see the task I can start working on it and provide updates for them to see at any time.

It's very user-friendly and highly customizable, which makes it easy to adapt to different teams and processes. The platform also offers excellent customer support and a wide range of integrations with tools we use every day, like Gmail, Slack, and Google Calendar. Additionally, its API is powerful and well-documented, which makes it easy to build custom solutions and connect it with other systems.

While Monday Work Management handles basic automation very well, it can be limiting when you need more complex workflows. For advanced automation or integrations, you often have to rely on external apps or third-party tools, which adds extra steps and complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using it, we were managing tasks and projects through disconnected Excel files, which made it difficult to track progress, collaborate, and analyze data efficiently. Monday brought everything into one place, giving us real-time visibility across teams and departments. This has significantly improved our ability to coordinate work, make informed decisions, and stay aligned company-wide.

What I like most about Monday is its intuitive and highly customizable interface. I also love how easily it integrates with tools we use daily like Slack, Google Drive, and Figma, making our workflow smoother and more connected.

The only downside is that the wealth of features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new team members. There’s a slight learning curve when it comes to using advanced features like formulas or building dashboards. However, the tutorials and support resources are excellent and really help bridge that gap quickly.

It's hands down the best organizational tool in the market - an absolute game changer. It's so easy to use, and it has honestly made my job as a manager so much smoother on day to day tasks and assigning things to my team..
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally find the automations are not as smooth and easy to apply as they could be, and have had to develop workarounds on instances that should be direct to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining processes and projects used to be a major headache for me. Keeping track of all the moving pieces, making sure they were on schedule, and also ensuring the team was communicating clearly and constantly took up most of my time. Now, so much is automated and ensuring everyone is aligned on the projects and tasks at hand.

Sometimes when a new Product or enhancement are deployed - it affects some boards and flows and we need to amend them.

Sometimes the performance of the app is slow while handling many tasks or rapid view switching. That impacts real-time collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
We've had great success using monday Work Management to completely overhaul the way that we manage our projects and even day to day operations. The ability to easily invite external users has been extremely helpful considering that we work with multiple external contractors. The continued product development that we've seen during our time with monday has also been great, showing us that monday is willing to take suggestions on board and implement them.
What do you dislike about the product?
What would make monday easier to use is having a further hierarchy of workspaces. This would mean that we could organise workspaces into their relevant business categories, as they are quite jumbled at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning and management - monday enables us to streamline how we operate both internally and with external contractors. It means that we can keep channels of communication open.
