Amazinggg for Getting Things Done, Could Be Better For Going Deep!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it easy to build custom workflows that fit the way our team operates. The automation features help us streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual follow-ups, and stay on top of our priorities without needing to constantly check in. The visual interface is intuitive and flexible, which makes collaboration smooth and tracking progress simple. It’s a great tool for boosting day-to-day efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the basic automations are helpful, Monday falls short when it comes to more advanced workflow capabilities. There are limitations around custom formulas and conditional logic that make it difficult to fully optimize our processes. Some of the more powerful automation features require workarounds or simply aren't supported, which can be frustrating when trying to scale or manage more complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday gives us a much-needed alternative to managing projects in Google Sheets. Instead of relying on manual updates and static spreadsheets, we now have a centralized platform built specifically for tracking tasks, collaborating in real-time, and generating insights. The ability to visualize progress, set up automations, and pull reports makes it far easier to manage workflows and understand project status at a glance. It’s helped us become more organized and proactive in how we handle work across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
For a PM role, monday makes my job so much easier for the following reasons:
- Scheduling a resource
- calendar view of the resource, showing daily/weekly/monthly bookings and the colour coding of them is super useful
- Easy to create and shift timelines
- Good to keep track of comms
- use notifications asa to do list

- it's only efficient if everyone uses it and uses it correctly
- there's no way to see priorities in calendar view this would be good to manage bookings so resource know what they should work on first etc

Creating workflows, using automations to move information through the process, setting notifications to keep team on task

It's difficult to set up formulas (calculations)

We use it as an applicant tracking system. It keeps our team moving applicants quickly through the interview and onboarding processes
The Perfect Work Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are super user-friendly and easily accessible. I love that I can create and manage different board within my Monday team, but also share viewing access to any non-Monday users. This makes work tracking a breeze for my entire team. I use this tool in my daily work life!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain view-only features that are missing from the user experience. When I share a viewable board with non-Monday users, they can't see any of the comments/updates/notes that are included within the board's projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Event Coordinator, keeping track of countless events throughout the year can be overwhelming to plan and keep notes with just a standard calendar. Monday allows me to stay organized with my event timeline, budgets, tasks, notes, and meetings! My Marketing Team uses Monday for our weekly team meetings, and it's made our workflow so much more streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
Kanban view is a great way at a quick glance to see how much work there is, how far along different projects are, and who is involved. In general, Monday is a great way to have all the information, files, and people involved in one place. I use it every da.

Not a massive thing, but sometimes it's hard to click on a card to open it as there's so many buttons/links on it!

Having all tasks accounted for in one place, being able to see new jobs and see everything you and your team are working on.

Setting up multiple calendar views for a board can get quite messy

Monday is solving difficulties with communicating inter-departmentally about projects. It helps us to know who is responsible for what, when it's due, and which files are necessary to complete the task
Monday.com Helps Me Keep My Work Life In Order!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me to organize each sprint using a beautiful UI and many helpful features, such as sprint dates, progress indicators and points. It also gives me the ability to connect design artifacts via link fields so my whole team can stay in sync with my work and understand how my design work connects to all the larger team project goals and milestones. One of the coolest features is the ability to send emails to my Monday board via my Outlook inbox. Collating project communications into one spot is so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything I dislike about Monday. I absolutely love using it!

It is helping me to plan my design work to ensure I am not over capacity. Using Monday helps me to know where I am at in my work and to connect stakeholders/project team members to it.
