Amazing Work Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about monday Work Management is how visually intuitive and customizable it is. The layout makes it easy to track multiple projects at once without feeling overwhelmed. I also love how flexible it is—you can build workflows that actually reflect how your team operates, not just force everyone into a rigid structure. Whether it's content calendars, campaign tracking, or onboarding checklists, monday adapts to what we need it to be. Plus, automations save me from a ton of manual follow-up. Big time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. It's amazingHonestly, there’s not much I dislike about monday Work Management. It’s been reliable, flexible, and user-friendly across the board. If I had to be picky, maybe just that there are so many features it can take a bit of time to discover everything it’s capable of—but that’s also part of what makes it so powerful. Overall, it’s been a great fit for our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on top of everything by giving me a clear visual of all the tasks I need to finish. It takes the guesswork out of what’s next and helps me prioritize better. I also use it to build and manage our content calendar, which makes planning and collaborating with the team way easier. It’s helped cut down on back-and-forth and keeps everything moving on schedule.
A good organizational tool but for lawyers it lacks some settings.
What do you like best about the product?
Very good at organizing tasks, color coding is very efficient and its an overall nice setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like i underuse the tools available in the platform because their use is not really easy/clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good workflow and easy contact with coleagues to discuss tasks

How can I filter tasks and the interface is completely intuitive and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides; I would only suggest creating ways to link Monday with an external calendar, such as Google Workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me manage deadlines for daily tasks, thus preventing any potential oversights.
Monday has replaced my physical note pad
What do you like best about the product?
The automation function when a task has moved onto the next stage is my favourite feature, it streamlines tasks and doesn't require additional attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The view I work with doesnt visualise deadlines unless you go into the task - colour coding when its creeping towards a deadline is a good way to track the deadline without the need to go into the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has streamlined projects and simplified the process of setting these up and tracking them. I have been a note pad user for years, and the struggle with pen to paper is the tasks that have hit a stalemate - where as with Monday visualising and building a list that shows Problem / In progress (i.e.e specific status's) gives you the option to high level review or detail review.
Amazing for organizing our security program
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the UI is and also how customizable the application is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more automation would help or mass autofill options for dates and completions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us track all of our security activities and tasks in our program. We also use this to run our daily ISC meetings.
Amazing product for organization
What do you like best about the product?
My team loves Monday.com. We use it to manage our calendar of editorial content and it is a great and easy-to-use tool to keep track of everything in one place. I love the color coding and email alerts. It saves me time because I don't have to message people with progress updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are a lot of features Monday has that I just don't know about...maybe it could show pop ups to tell me about new features.

We use it as a calendar and progress tracker for our calendar of editorial content.

We Love Monday!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the automations that allow us to keep info corralled in one place, but be notified through email, etc when changes are made. And which also helps us create workflow. My boss said it has changed her life! Also love how we can email an item straight to a board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not quite as easy to use as the web platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with allllll the tasks. Being able to categorize them in a way that makes sense for our organization, but then with one click I can see all the tasks assigned to me in My Work. It also allows colleagues to simultaneously update information and notify collaborators without having to do a multi-step process.

Keeping track on the ongoing tasks and get a status of what and how things are getting done
Seamless, easy and customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has made tracking both my tasks & those assigned to my team seamless and so easy. I can customize each board to my each departments unique needs and processes. The ability to create automations that transpose teams and projects has been paramount for a small, lean crew like ours. A ton of integrations with other platforms allows us to streamline processes. A bonus was that it was easy to implement: our team was able to adopt it easily and made the transition that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Can seem complex:
The learning curve can be steep, especially for users unfamiliar with project management tools
2) Limited agile capabilities:
While monday.com offers Kanban boards, it lacks full-fledged agile capabilities like Scrum sprints.
3) Time-tracking feature limitations:
Time-tracking features may not be robust enough for many businesses/employee types
