Neat and Orgaized

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization of the software. It's so sleek and organized, it makes work feel almost kind of fun. It's very easy to use and has plenty of features to help keep track of things. Integration and implementation on the use of monday is not hard at all, either. And we use it every single day at our company. The customer support team is amazing, too. They are kind and understanfing, while maintainig professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there is no downside. No complaints from here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps keep all our needed documents and files in one space that isn't One Drive.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's GUI and customisation is really strong, probably the best of the major PM/CRM software solutions - but sadly the reliability is poor

The system is slow, buggy, overwrought and unreliable

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use the calendar feature to plan out my work month and plan which tasks I'm going to do on which day. This way I have a clear idea of what my working month looks like and what capacity I have remaining. It helps me understand how much room I have for adhoc tasks and how much time I need to spend on each tasks to ensure I can have everything done on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't set specifc days as holiday days if they're not together consecutive. I also would like to see a GoogleDrive intregation feature so I can upload my spreadsheets instead of having to make them a second time inside the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep track of my tasks over the month and hels me orgainse them into a time-sensitive order so I can ensure that tasks get done in the most efficient way.

Monday is a solid product for organized project management

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to manage and I find the color coordinating is easy to pin point lots of things to navigate much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be sometimes difficult to move things across from one set of projects to another, possibly due to restrictions or just the design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is certainly helping large task list projects that can be easily assigned to users and can see the progress or items if stuck can be elaborated on.

What do you like best about the product?
The configurable nature of Monday means you can build it out to suit your team. It hints at the complexity you can benefit from should you wish to get automations and integrations working for you but even if you're just tracking tasts is fast and clear
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require a bit of admin clean up to make sure all your boards are tidy and not duplicating work but overall there's very little to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring my team focuses on the right tasks and there's more clarity across the business on how the Marketing team is supporting them.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
one of the smoothest experience tools i have ever used for someone who likes to be everthing well organized. it helps me focus on my tasks one at a time and track everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not much i can say but only one thing which is it is sometimes very slow to update the boards even when refreshing the page. it may take long seconds and sometimes few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy tracking for thw work flow and documentation of the work in general

What do you like best about the product?
The time tracking and automations really make it easy to track client retainer time used. It was also easy to migrate from basecamp with some guidence from support and was a breeze to integrate into our normal workflow and is something I use lots throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding manual time can be a little clinky and hit and miss sometimes. I dont need to always set a date for time, just log hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made tracking client retainer times so much easer and gives us solid data on how much time has been used when it comes to quarterly retainer reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that work management can be used for a number of features inc project management, Assist management, Employee resource management. I was introuduce to the product as part of my companys migration from one business to another. At the time I didnt like Monday.com due to lack of understanding and training in a very stressfull situation. Last year my boss tasked me with becoming the Monday.com expert for our business. This was the start of my transformation to a Monday.com lover. I am so happy with the ease of use in setting up a number of different boards across muiltiple departments. I am now in the process of rolling out Monday.com Work Management out across the rest of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the notification to be to many causing the wider network to turn off to them and almost automatically delete them. Myself inclueded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didnt have a IT service desk after our migration I used work management to create one from scratch. The rest of the business uses work management for projects and task management. We are currently working on a customer issues log so we can track this accoss multi departments
