Overall great platform but I wish time tracking was available in the lower service tier.
What do you like best about the product?
The fluiditiy of the platform is nice, being able to update project status and boucning it between team members helps us be more efficient. It's helpful to keep track of deadlines and to keep projects moving for clients that can sometimes take weeks or months to respond. We went from using an excel spreadsheet to Monday.com and it was a a massive upgrade, while also being easy to implement. Customer support is responsive in the few instances where we had a performance issue. We use the platform daily to manage all of our projects. We have not integrated Monday.com with any other services but from what I understand, it would be easy to integration with our email service provider to make tracking even more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
They require a higher tier of service to include time tracking. We don't need anything else in that tier of service besides time tracking so I wish they would offer that in the lower tier that we're currently using.

Keeping us organized and projects moving forward.

What is most helpful is the available pre made templates that allow you to have a base to build on
What do you dislike about the product?
On the desktop version you can look to see column totals easily for groups within boards, however on the app you cannot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a work flow that starts with a new job (allows us to track all booked job revenue), moves to a pre production phase, to an in production phase with a calendar, to a produced phase (allows us to track all revenue produced) and from there creates items in new boards for payroll and accounts receivable... this is huge in managing the operation

monday is easy to use and provide some good quality data .

monday doesnt allow me as Admin and Developer to make some changes in bulk or in mass .

lack of transparency internally. This benefist the company because now we can be sure of which stage we are in each of the more than 2000 projects we have live and provides us a clear picture of how far we are from completion .

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is basically what keeps our company running smoothly through different departments, levels and people within our organization. Reminders and updates are given on a daily basis and keep things rolling so we can continue to operate, give follow ups or conclude jobs and projects. Honestly, we are a completely remote company and the communication is seamless most of the time thanks to this platform. And it's super easy to start using with any company, whether it's remote or office based.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are blocked based on the plan that you have, so you might want to keep that into consideration and start experimenting with everything that Monday.com offers to find the right plan for your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that our business is comprised of 100% remote teams operating from different countries and places would make you think that communication between people and departments is difficult but thanks to Monday.com, that is definitely not the case

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create automations with various boards to manage our projects and work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much to dislike so far with monday.

It allows our team to maintain updated bidding, and project boards to identify current work log and potential oppurtunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can list my projects with deadlines, have automations to track my progress, and helps keep me accountable

Nothing that monday does... mostly sometimes I just get confused on all the options and what they do.

it helps keep my project managment moving and a list of all the tasks I have for each project so nothing gets forgotten

What do you like best about the product?
Using monday feels very familiar to excel with its use of tables. The categorization and customization available helps to create boards specific to each use case we have. From tracking workflows and customer leads, we are able to do it all through monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not the most helpful tool when needing to get information or look at a board. It feels clunky in comparison to using the web version, which can be frustratingn at times when I do not have immediate access to my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday allows for easy collaboration between teams and visiblity to all who need it. I enjoy being able to quickly check the status of a project or customer lead for anyone on our team.
Amazing work tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday to help keep my work load managed is amazing. I am able to stay up to date on where I am at on my projects and it helps with communication within my work team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. It works well for what I use it for.

It helps me to know where I am at on each of my collaborations. It makes it easy to collaborate with others which is important!
Monday Work Management - Amazing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The improved collaboration it brings to our teams across complex projects amongst cross functional teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vastness of its capabilities. I often feel like I am not using it to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management is solving many problems for us. A large one being the ability to visualize and dashboard many areas of my teams work. Outside of Monday, our team lacks a dashboarding tools that integrates well with all our other work in Monday. So, this functionality eases our struggles with dash boarding and reporting.
